Learn contralateral oblique image C-arm anatomy: SIJ and infraneural transforaminal injection

You will learn oblique C-arm anatomy for the left L5 infraneural transforaminal injection and sacroiliac joint injection using ipsilateral oblique, AP, and contralateral oblique C arm image guidance. The slow and step-by-step movement is faster than rush. So, take your time.
8:08 Then, rotate the C- arm to AP view. With two different stereo-views, I can roughly guess the needle depth and position. We will learn the C-arm anatomy of the contralateral oblique view. This view provides tremendous information about the precise needle depth.
The fastest and best way to have a successful SIJ arthrogram is in enough time to spend on the observation period. My primary target is the inferior recess.
I try to find the clear marginal line of the sacral side and exclude the overlying bony shadow.

Thanks for the science!!! Everywhere in the literature, the first step is to align the lower edge of the vertebral body on the anteroposterior image... You don't do that. Is there any secret in this???

Of course I do, but we do simultaneously on AP, oblique and tilting in a second.

대부분 아래에서 머리 방향으로 취합니다. needle은 일반 spinal needle을 사용합니다. interlaminar는 Tuoy needle 을 사용하요
