I have paid the full subscription fee but still cannot see the full video (T_Thoracic transforaminal epidural steroid injection technique). I want to see all the steps of this video including positioning of needle and lateral views? Thanks Dr M krishna
I had t-4- 5 t 5- 6 transforaminal epidural steroid injection done all at one time both left and right. It seemed to me I got too much steroid at one time because of side effects.
I think so. The transforaminal injection is to be subject to cover the pathologic area of foraminal stenosis. To justify your multiple selections, you have to have some reason because it will spread to the epidural space to multiple areas even to the upper or lower-level nerve root sleeve.
