76 year old here. I'm starting carnivore, about 3 weeks in now. I've lost about 8 lbs. But the best is my arthritis, fibromyalgia, dry skin, hypertension, lifelong rhinitis, and congestion are all improved. I can't wait to see what the future holds as I continue this lifestyle.

I was a Vegan Vegetarian for 30 years - developed an autoimmune issue 3 years ago. I ventured over to strictly carnivore for over 1 year now - 98% of symptoms have disappeared! NO joint pain, migraine headaches, muscle aches, and increased energy! So grateful!

New subscriber here! Sorry I missed the live but watching the replay. I am a 64 year young woman with Hashimotos, A-Fib, severe back pain from a car accident. My weight is at 234 at this time. Had to see a neurosurgeon last week need hip replacement surgery. We discussed my weight. He referred me to your you tube channel & told me to start eating 2 boiled eggs & black coffee for breakfast, small salad for lunch, & grilled chicken & broccoli for dinner...every day!!
I have been eating like this for 7 days and feel better than I have in years! I am adopting the PHD educating myself on how to achieve weight loss & be much healthier! I am binge watching your videos!! Enjoyed watching your live replay!

Today is day 214 on the carnivore diet. Im changing it up on the 1st of
April. I'm not getting what I need from it, so l'm going to do the lions
diet for 30 days and go from there. I have been following Dr. Berry from
the start, but it's just not work for me like it should. So it's time for
drastic measures. After 30 days, I will re-evaluate and go from there.

Couldn’t watch until today - great podcast!! Love hearing and reading all the success stories! Dr. Berry, so few docs will say it like it is! You can always tell other professionals raised blue collar, as was my husband. He started off working in the steel mills, went on to drive a truck, then went into auto mechanics and finally decided it was time to go back to school and see if he could become a doctor, his lifelong dream. He did commercial roofing during the summers to pay for college and med school. He entered the Navy to pay the rest of his med school and all these years later is a practicing emergency medicine doc. He never lost his enthusiasm for medicine.

Hello, I'm a 50-year young perimenipause woman who's in remission from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was on a weekly biologic injectible medication "Enbrel," with other prescriptions like Celebrex, Methotrexate, Tramadol & Prednisone at times that made my immune system sick and my body obese & weak starting at the age of 27. I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore" now. This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60 lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions. Also, I started implementing lifting heavy weights, strength training & balance exercises 4 times a week last April. It has been a new life for me! You can seek your true health every day, starting with what you eat/drink & don't eat/drink.
    Peace & Health,
    Christine Peters

Had a stroke in 2020 and coratid surgery. Six months on carnivore. Triglycerides went down significantly but still a little high. Really close to being where they should be. LDL went up to normal range. High calcium is now in normal range. Weight down from 157 to 131. I feel great. EKG is good. Carotid both good finally. Still pushing steroids 8:57 accepted a no thanks. A12. Perfect. came clean and told that I’ve gone carnivore and had no problem with it. Thank you guys. I love the diet. Doing my best to avoid another stroke.

I started to go down that road of cortizone shots in my knee, had 4 injections when docs PA started to talk me into surgery. Fortunately I found Diet Doctor, then you guys and now I'm about 98% carnivore. My labs are good, have reversed pre-T2D and have almost NO knee pain without injections or surgery going on five years. You two are the best, thank you for all you do for so many, many people including myself. BTW, I'm going to talk my partner into us joining your community.

I was extending my overnight fast into the morning… but my weight wouldn’t budge and my overnight blood sugars were staying a bit high… even with a low carb/carnivore dinner. I started wearing a Dexcom which confirmed this… so I switched and changed my fast into the evening. Currently I don’t eat from 4pm-8am (even my morning coffee waits til 8)… and my overnight glucose started declining within a few days of this pattern AND I’ve now lost 14lbs that wouldn’t budge previously. Next step is to shorten my eating window and stop eating at 2pm.

As a former photojournalist at a newspaper… the investigate reporters were the first to go. Investigating takes time and journalism has gone the way of social media. Newspapers require volume over quality, so it’s all about regurgitating press releases. It’s all about clicks. And new investigative reporters are not being trained.

I have to brag just a little bit regarding the question on bipolar meds. My son is a senior undergrad medical student, gpa 4.0, who is studying to become a pediatric psychiatrist. He is the reason I knew twe would help me. He believes in using psych drugs in acute situation and then promoting life style and dietary changes so the doseages can be lowered and eliminated when ever possible. He just went to an intro to pediatrics seminar here in VT and was told by the dean of admissions that he is basicly a shoe in for the Larner School of Medicine at UVM.

Oklahoma.. I recommend you to everyone! 8 months, 44 pounds now, off of all Statins. My doctor recommended a CAC, my score was 450 which was disappointing but I feel being on carnivore has "stopped the bleeding". I will keep putting just good food in my body, carnivore and live my best life. I will not take a statin. My triglycerides lowered, my Glucose/blood sugar is great now. If you have any recommendations to help with the high CAC score please let me know. Also, I have stopped snoring, I am 61 but feel like 21. Blessings.

AHA is very threatened by the success of Keto and Intermittent fasting. People are getting results and big food is losing control

Do you agree with Dr. Anthony Chaffee that plants are NOT good for humans?

Tuesday will be 4 weeks on carnivore to heal my gut and severe inflamed body. Coming out of 14 years of "rabbit diet" and gastro Dr and dietitian misdiagnosed, I recently had a cardiogram and everything is great. My labs were awful and I sent my body into type 2 diabetes eating tons of rice, ground turkey, and constant intake of vanilla almond milk, and other trash I thought was helping ease my stomach.
2009 was diagnosed with GERD, ulcerative Colitis, bleeding ulcers from my throat to duodenum (twice throughout 14 years), Celiac, pancreatitis, and gastroparesis.
Was malnourished and now on carnivore my inflammation is gone, I no longer use inhaler, more energy, use Keto Chow electrolytes, meat sweats are subsiding as well as brain fog. I am 63 years old and have been physically fit all my life, until a few years ago and spiraled down since bad Dr advice.
My concern, I'm thin and have lost weight. I'm doing this carnivore to heal my body not lose weight.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ❤
I am starting some light weight lifting and bands to get muscle I have lost and I walk a mile a day.
I am limited due to a major shoulder surgery July 2022. I haven't healed properly in my shoulder but with the carnivore I know I will in time.
Sorry this was so long but I'm grasping for help.
    Thank you ❤
