The host should just stop interrupting the guest speaker. It was really hard to hear one full sentence from the guest before she was interrupted. Sis, just chill out. But good podcast and well needed content and issue to be raised in indian society

The only thing u should say is
Whatever happens I will always be with u and I wish u r also with me whatever happens
Both of us will sort out with mutual understanding
Know eachother s preferences nd never forgo or give up with it. Give him ur best nd u will get sooner or later u will get the best
If u like him as u love urself , then u will lover every one that r his family. It is automatic

Divorce is not even a concept in Indian culture. There's no Sanskrit term for divorce. In our culture marriage is a sacred union of two souls to remain with each other forever. The bride and the groom take 7 vows in the presence of Agni Dev represented by the sacred fire.

"I really enjoy your podcast and the discussions you host. However, it sometimes feels like the you interrupts too much, which makes it hard for the guest to complete her points. Giving the guest a bit more space would really help the flow of the conversation."

I'm sorry but vandana shah is misleading...in india, a woman is entitled to ask for maintenance irrespective of how wealthy her father is or how much she is earning, the husband has to look after her needs on par with his lifestyle and not keep her in penury. If the man and his family have ill treated her and she has proof of this she is entitled to file a case on him to punish him and his parents. If she asks for a divorce and she can prove his faults in the marriage, she can claim compensation and alimony.
In india, the woman is expected to stay with the husband in his home where she is protected from the trivialities of his parents and to be provided by his income...her contribution to the marriage is her uterus and child rearing and caring skills.
I would advise girls in india to marry a man atleast 5 yrs older and who has invested in his education and career. He must have a house where his woman can live undisturbed from his own parents and where she can feel secure enough to produce and rear his offspring in peace.

India should focus more on pre- marriage counseling, proper family planning, financial management, and also post marriage counseling..later comes parenting skills and family time mgmt..

But there is one case where the child born out of wedlock is not getting the rights which a legal child will get. I refer to Ravi kishans daughter born out of wedlock.

Both legal children and illegal children don't have any right in father's property, if father is still alive,, or if father had registered any will before father's death. Both legal children and illegal children get equal right in father's property, only if father has already died without registering any will. Illegal children may have to prove paternity by DNA testing.

Aur agar ek second liye bhi laga ho kii mera jawaab aapke aur kisike baatcheet ke beech aa Raha hai toh fikar naa karein jis tarah aapke liye uss khuda ne kisi ko banaya hai mujhe bhi usne kisi aur ke liye paida kiya hai. Main ab usse Milne wali hoon!!! Advance mein thank you mujhe usse milwane ke liye.
Kyunki jo log kisi aur ko chunlete hai woh doosre insaan ke liye ek naya raasta banate hai. Aap dono ko dekhkar yaad aaya kii woh har kisi ke liye kissi naa kissi ko banata hai.
