NEW INSANE JUMP PARK!!! (ROCKY BRANCH PARK)

- Following years of extensive planing and construction made possible by a $500,000 investment, Rocky Branch Park in Belmont N.C. Is an example of a public park done right. With incredible trails/features, awesome amenities and access, and a unique feel unlike anything else in the area, the park stands out as something special I am personally so grateful to have this in the Charlotte area. Community Train Design and Trail Dynamics absolutely crushed this project and I had such a fun time riding here! This trail system was packed with interesting features that kept me on my toes and even with the cross country nature of the trails and my heavy enduro bike, I still had a blast riding these trails!!! Riding with Matt is always a great time and he definitely was steezing it out in front of me on the jumps! I'm so thankful for Tsuga for providing me with packs able to carry everything I need for the long summer rides! If you want to learn more about them I have linked their instagram below! Why the F is one of the outpost trails labeled double black!?! Especially when you have airline fairly close by. Seems crazy to me!
Anyway, some high quality riding as always!
Charlotte isn't really known for mtb so I imagine they went based of the skill level of local riders. But definitely not a double black. Airline was an absolute blast last time I was there.
It has a few gaps on it which ultimately give it its double black rating, it is much more intuitive the airline though! And thanks! 🙏
Trails with mandatory gaps get double black ratings, this is pretty progressive for a free city park so it's labeled out of caution for newer riders.

You are so good! Would you recommend this or airline for someone just learning to jump his mountain bike in the CLT area?
I would recommend both spots! They both have some stuff for beginners and some stuff for experts! 🤘
