This episode reminds me a lot of the clone wars episode “Heroes on Both Sides” where Lux Bonteri is introduced. Much like that episode it delves into the separatist ideologies neatly and is funnily enough set on the same planet - Raxus.
@@TopnessReactions Also as another commentor said it was featured in the third episode of tales of the jedi with dooku and mace windu, and as it seems despite dooku's reluctance to trust that corruption could be fought in the republic, now at that timeline raxus had a now honorable leader compared to the corrupt senator that they had during tales of the jedi. I think it's a cool concept that they made that story of corruption in tales of the jedi to take place on raxus because that is imo a good reverse engineering of a story that simultaneously enhances the enjoyment of previous shows rewatches. Plus it is a common clever technique to use pree-xisting assets to reduce the cost of production in animation and achieve a better quality because you can spent that money and time in refining the images and adding more details in the background and thus making it more aesthetically pleasing!
Ok. I knew Nala Se was part of the Fives story arc. And, I know Nala Se is the one trying to protect Omega. But, until you drew a line to those two points, they were just disconnected in my mind. Now I have to re-examine my entire position on her in this show. Hmmmm
Underrated episode in my opinion. I love the episodes that show the shades of grey in the Republic and Confederacy, as well as the Rebels and the Empire. The world isn't black and white, and fiction shouldn't be either.
Agreed. I wish the Clone Wars has more episodes with CIS perspectives. Or just the view of any galactic citizen towards the war. It really was not as black and white or good and evil as the show displayed.

My guess is that she is Boba Fett’s DNA augmented with each of the qualities that the bad batch possess. Useful for hustling at Dejarik as well apparently!
@@TopnessReactions yeah, I thought of that possibility, too. But she seems to be more than the sum of them. She's very perceptive and empathetic. I guess her main ability may be replicating the ability of others, kinda DNA flexibility commanded by her will. That would be awesome. Better than Trinity downloading skills, lol

Everyone has a new enemy with the empire. I was a little surprised TBB still harbored hatred towards a former separatist.
