I mained him for a while but he’s not as bad as you think, rather than waiting for the hunter to pick a survivor up, harass the hunter so the survivor can make some distance. Yes you can still with good timing save a survivor while carried but it’s easier to harass instead. Also hunter is almost forced to switch targets the second he looks at you, you can tank a detention hit if the boar isn’t chipped already, and your speed is almost just as fast as the hunters so regardless of when you get chased you will always waste time.

Wildling is such a useless character, idk why anyone plays him
