Hey friend, Philippines girls are so sweet and nice and kind and thoughtful. I’ve got a soulmate now who is in the Philippines. Try it my friend. ✅♥️👩🏽❤️💋👨🏼🫶💞😌
I was just researching today the best paw paw to try in zone 10 FL… ended up ordering Fernandez red custard apple that I plan on growing as espalier in my small yard. Great channel!
Thru you John I've met here on TH-cam Curtis Stone, then Wendi Phan and now this IRIE dude, Derrick Martinez! Definitely checking out his channel here on TH-cam.😁👍
Excellent commentary and information, John. I'm in Southeastern CA, on the border of the Colorado River & USDA zones 9b - 10a. Derrick has the food forest 🎉that I'm working towards. Thank you for providing us with interesting and useful content throughout the years. 👍🏿👏🏿🎉
I grow cactus, fig and jujube and only the fig gets supplemental water. I have more prickly pear fruit than I know what to do with. The figs are easy to handle..I freeze for use in cooking and smoothies year round. The jujubescare delicious, but even with 2 mature trees I don't get good fruit set. I'm USDA zone 9, Sonoma county California. No rain typically from April to November and summer and September, October can be in the high 90s and 100.
I'm basically trying the same thing in the Southern California desert. I've had failures but a couple of successes. But the strong sun is what usually does them in. The heat they can tolerate.
We are in the high desert and have pomegranate growing. They weren’t watered as much this year so not a lot of fruit but usually a ton. We’ve had success with peaches, apples, apricots, grapes, olives and then lavender and rosemary. Cottonwoods and our Christmas trees. I’d love to grow more fruit trees. Just below us in slightly lower elevation but desert they do great with grapefruit
Great video. I have a question This year i grew my plants in 30 gallon fabric pots but next yeah i want to go in my native soil but i have tones of clay. How can i amend my soil during the winter so i can grow in it next year

Paw Paws are common in Kentucky. Kentucky state university has a program dedicated to preserving the fruit.
They ought to figure out a way to make them transportable while still good to eat
I live in North Central, Texas
Try mango
challenging is awesome
That's one of the best guys on the planet. You never explained how he gets those trees to survive the Winter.
