Hi hi wondering if you could help. I recently bought this planners however the regular a5 dashboards and inserts I bought seem to be off. The holes don’t line up with the binder clamps. Are you able to share with me the name and size of the binder inserts you purchased. For example is it an a5 wide insteps or just a regular a5 because I don’t get why my stuff is so off. I see you had things from cloth and paper what exact size did you purchase your items in please ? Thank you 💕
Hey hun, Sure, happy to help out! That’s really strange and super annoying! Sorry to hear that. All of my inserts for the CGD London planner are the regular A5 size. I’ve never used any other size variation for this size planner and you shouldn’t have too! Sounds like you may have a defective planner - get an exchange if you can or refund! That’s really bad! 💛
It took ages!! My experience wasn’t good! It took around 1 month even though it showed as in stock and available on the website when I placed the order. I paid for the express delivery and every week after chasing I was told they had supplier issues and it was moved to preorder. I hope you don’t have the same experience. Thinking I was unlucky as I placed my order during the Black Friday sales so they might just have been super busy. But regardless - based on my experience it has put me off buying from them again.
@@njloves770 I placed my order on the 16th and then on the 17th I got an email saying it shipped. But I’m still worried because I’m hearing from everyone that the service is horrible and so many people never got their orders. Everyone’s telling me I won’t get mine.
@@jessicajamila1907 once my order was finally dispatched it came the next day, it was the wait before shipping that was prolonged for me. If it’s shipped you should be able to track it. Hope your experience is better than the stories you have heard!
@@jessicajamila1907 I like the agenda. Its what you would expect for the price. The rings aren’t as good as my LV ones but that wouldn’t be a fair comparison. For the £45 (can’t recall the exact amount) I think the quality is good. It’s a firm cover, and no issues so far.
