I’ve heard many praises for JD, but can we talk about how Veronica was stumbling around, crying, wheezing, gasping, all of it? It makes this 100x better.
I don’t think some people realize how hard it to sing this song while practically screaming out of anger, while trying to stay In tune, but this JD did manage to stay in key, nicely done JD👏

Theres something about the acting that makes this version of this song horrifying. JD's actor is really really good, the screaming, the nervous pulling at the jacket, he really seems unhinged.

This kid studied Jamie Muscato and honestly he's all the better for it, Jamie is the best to ever do it, and Xavier made it his own while still utilizing some of the physicality and tonality of what makes Jamie great. And Veronica having essentially a panic attack through the beginning and into MTBY is SO BRILLIANT. The youth are SO TALENTED AHH
