You can tell Paxton hasn't changed a bit. The fact that he put up that website and won't participate in the video because it looks bad to the parole board and not because it's wrong told you everything you need to know
@AshAniyah1125 The point is,: the fact that the parole board is his concern shows how little he's changed. He should be looking to do what's RIGHT, not what's good for the board. His statement should have been something like, "I'm declining to participate because I do not want to further hurt the family any further," instead of, "I don't want to participate because I don't want the parole board to look down on me." It just signals that he cares more about himself than he does his victim and their family

Can we just take a second for Rick, the way his voice changes when talking about what happened, and telling his mother. Bless this mans heart, I hope he is doing well and can find peace with the situation.
The aunt looks as blank as Paxton does. The fact that his family was afraid of Paxton was a huge red flag. Paxton's family should have tried desperately to keep him away from girls and gotten him help. He was a ticking time bomb. His family is just as guilty for covering for him too. Sounds like Paxton's family were as grimy as he is.
@@coffeenteamorning1004exactly!! I can’t believe she didn’t get prison time. She could have easily reported the murder to the police, instead of helping him dispose of this poor girl’s body.
Paxton's friend should have been put in jail too. He could have saved her life, instead he helped him to get her in the house and then he behaved as a coward.
It's because she's a woman. Women serve much less jail time than men, and are less likely to face trial. (She was clearly Paxton's enabler -- he knew he could do what he wanted and she'd fix it.)
She would be 3 years older than me. I’m sitting here thinking about my husband of 20 years and our three daughters. All the things she had taken from her that day. Bless her. 😢
Same, I was 10 in 1986. Looking at her old photographs reminded me of my childhood, and I was thinking of the entire life I have experienced since then...high school, college, travel, marriage, children....it's heartbreaking to imagine her final moments and the subsequent hell her family went through. May Paxton and his aunt burn in hell.
This is hands down the best true crime channel on TH-cam. Such professionalism, even reaching out to involved parties for statements. Please keep it up, for the victims sakes!!
That letter he wrote to EWU is fascinating. Twisted psychopathic monsters like this have an eerie capacity to mimic human empathy given enough time and focus, but despite the forced sophisticated language and sentence structure, you can sense the lack of true remorse through its choice of words and phrases such as: “opportunity to share”, “explain my achievements”, “terrible decision”, done very professionally”, and “upset the victims…connected to this tragedy.” All of this reveals glimpses into a dark and dangerous imposter of a man who wants to convince you it was just a foolish and impulsive child who understands the horrors it’s committed, learned it’s lessons, been rehabilitated and no longer poses a threat to others. Bullsh;t. This monster hasn’t learned anything other than how to be an even better liar and manipulator. I bet it watches this video and reads these comments as soon as it’s allowed to do so. Why it would be allowed to do so, I have no clue, but clearly it’s permitted enough freedom and connectivity in prison to recognize the power of social media platforms that didn’t exist when it desecrated and murdered a defenseless little girl. If ever released from prison, it would absolutely kill again. Hope it reads this: Rot and die where you are, it.
I hope Paxton doesn’t ever get out. And if he is paroled, I hope it only after everyone that knew Robyn has passed due to old age. How the aunt only got probation is crazy. She was letting Robyn’s family worry about her despite the fact that she knew she was deceased.
I know i speak for a lot of older brothers out there when i say i would die for my little sister. The idea of having to identify her body is crushing and i wish nothing but the best for her family.
I don't think I could stop myself from throwing my life away to end the life of someone who murdered one of my baby sisters. Maybe I'd allow Jesus to give me the strength to do so, but I honestly think I would ignore him and kill the murderer.

Best channel out there!! WE love you EWU!!!
The fact that the family has to devote their life to keeping their family member's murderer in prison is disgusting. They shouldn't have to relive this tragedy over and over again to keep a cold blooded killer behind bars.
Lesson learnt from this, no matter how good your intentions are to try help someone. Having kindness and a caring heart, can get you killed. I stay away from people that are rebellious and have anger issues as their negativity can effect you physically and mentally.
Being willing to help should also mean listening to your instincts and taking common sense precautions. Sadly this young girl took on a huge task to rehabilitate a criminal and the adults failed her. The teacher who stopped the abuse in the hallway failed miserably. Charlene should've had a stint in jail and Jimmy should've got probation. Someone should've looked into the fact that this young girl was showing signs of being in over her head, likely because of the manipulation and abuse. Hope the killer stays behind bars a bit longer where he can continue to improve his education.
Rick Achultz trembling and tearing up while recalling the story of Robyn speaks a lot. They haven't move on even decades passes by. They love robyn so much.
Any one of these people could have taken care of this little monster at any time, could have called the cops, could have turned him in, could have shown the car. Their own selfish fear kept them from any rational thought, if there was any thought whatsoever. Disgusting.
They were just as sick as him with maybe the exception of the friend. Just look at the pics, they have cold blooded killers written right on their face. Then after he commits the act his aunt and mother allow him to spend two hours of "alone time with the body". They are just as bad if not worse, the kid is clearly psychotic and they are just going to brush it under the carpet. Yeah okay I would get him away from me and my family asap.
‘I am my sister’s keeper’ these siblings. Wow. Just know all us only children are envious of every single one of you who grew up with siblings, no matter how nasty you were to each other as kids and adolescents. This kind of love is so powerful.
It is an unbreakable bond. My little sister is one of my closest friends, we round each other out, keep each other sane and act as dual forcefields when we tackle the drama of Life or Family ❤
Trust me, sometimes not having siblings can be better. Would you want that murderer for a brother? Or a rapist? Or just one that is constant bullying and attacking you and are abusive and evil? You say that and yet monsters have siblings as well. Do you really want to have a sibling that's a monster?
If Paxton truly accepts all responsibility for this tragedy, he wouldn’t be playing politics trying to get released on parole. The fact that he was “only a 15 year old boy” changes nothing. If anything, using that as a defense only shows how little he really cares. For the sake of Robyn’s family I hope he’s never released.
Yes, although it's a shame his auntie got off scot free. She was a full grown adult helping a minor commit the crime and was an accessory after the fact.
I just found out about this and others EWU channels, it's incredable how the quality of the content increased on such short amount of time, congrats to everyone involved. sorry for the typos, too lazy to correct
We tend to think the crimes of the present day are the most heinous, but evil and severe mental sickness don’t care what decade or century it is. Growing up in the 70s and 80s, I remember kids vanishing all the time without a trace.
I am glad he will never get out. He committed premeditated murder at 15. No compassion for him, only Robyn and her family. Fortunately the great state of Ohio WILL keep him behind bars. Until this sick, twisted monster is taken out in a box, he can stay at Southeastern Correctional facility. And I will continue to gladly sign the petition to keep him there.
I know what Rick means when he says telling his mom that her daughter has died. My wife and I were separated for some time but she didn’t want a divorce. We had talked for the first time in about a year about two weeks before she died. She told me she was going to her moms for Christmas but after she wanted to come home. I told her that we would see what Christmas brings. Next thing I knew a homicide detective from Miami called me to say that she was found dead in a car. Calling her mother was the hardest thing I had done at that point in my life. In the end her mother and I have remained in contact since she passed away 6 years ago. I know that she is happy about that we talk about Amber and laugh about the crazy things she would do. In a way we’re keeping her alive and still making people smile and laugh the only way she would want it.
Whoa dude, that's a really heavy weight to bear. I'm sorry for your guys loss. It's nice though that y'all let her live on, all of her good especially through you guys her most loved ones. I think that's the best thing you can do. My best friend Jose passed away a few months ago & it still hits my heart so deep at times of realizing the depths of how indefinitene it all is...the only thing that helps is thinking Of the times we spent together & , reading messages bw us that still make me laugh. I'm sorry for your loss, for you & her Mom & everyone else who misses her, but I'm glad y'all have found light in her loss. ❤️💯
No matter how long, the wounds of losing Robyn will never fade. Listening to her brother is so heart wrenching, still to this day talking about it can be tricky.

I'm sending love and continued strength to her family. And side note: I can't Believe Aunt "Charl" didn't have to serve any time! She deserved/deserves A LOT of it!!
It actually boiled my blood when Paxton called the house asking for Robyn even though he already knew exactly where she was. My heart sincerely goes out to Rick and his family. I hope Paxton rots in hell. Side Note: Did anyone else hear a female say "okay" @6:47 or am I going crazy?
Ha ha yeah, that kinda weirded me out, too. I stopped the video and took my ear buds out, thinking someone had walked up behind me. When I backtracked the video, I heard it again. Mystery solved.
How did she only get probation and tampering with evidence? She basically watched that child die and hid the body. She could have called the police when she immediately found the body. Insanity!!
Even if I thought he was a changed man who had killed my sister... I would still be waiting outside the prison doors if he was released.. I felt the same way about the man who murdered my grandfather... and I know I am lucky he died in prison... I never had to follow thru on my threats... and so never had to face the law if I did.
It's sickening that his aunt was hardly punished. Hearing his depraved intentions should've alarmed her enough to tell his mom, & not allow him to be alone in his room with the girl he was planning to kill!
She'd obviously helped him with similar incidents before -- that's why he was so sure she'd help him finish her off and dump the body. (Being female though, she wasn't held accountable like a man would've been.)
i love the way you tell stories and dont go off subject. People who go off constantly and always giving their opinions, i instantly exit out. My adhd cannot keep up with those people lol
Paxton hasn't changed at all, just by the fact he's trying to push for his own needs and happiness over justice for her family. I'm sure 37 years in prison is hell. So is being brutally murdered (and whatever else he did). This was not a crime by a confused or abused child. This was a crime by a dangerous, manipulative mind that will never change.
Wow, it must have been so difficult for Rick to have to identify his sister’s remains. My thoughts and prayers are with Robyn’s family and loved ones. Rest in peace Robyn.💗
The fact that Paxton told both his aunt and his friend of his plans and they didn't take it serious even though everyone in the house was scared of him, supposedly, is telling! I dgaf who says something like that to me, I will 100% take it serious!! You don't joke like that!!🐾🐾
This one was intense. RIP to Robyn. I sincerely would like to believe that Paxton truly has been rehabilitated, since he was 15 at the time, but man, I do NOT blame the family whatsoever for pushing to keep him incarcerated. I'd be fearing for my life 24/7 if he was loose.
So Charlene claimed to see her nephew sitting next to Robyn's body and just shrugged it off and said nothing ok something clearly is not right with her
Breaks my heart that he stated that the hardest thing he ever had to do was tell his mom. Heartbreaking. You know seeing her and confirming it was her would have been horrible as well. But knowing he had to share the news with their mother I just couldn't imagine.
He should spend the rest of his life in prison. He hasn't changed, the wording on his parole petition and the letter to EWU, is filled with his manipulative tactics. The aunt should have been charged for a lot more. She helped conceal the crime, disposed of evidence, & lied to protect him. Jimmy should have been charged for his role in it.
I can't stand people like Paxton. You take something you can never give back, you deserve to have that taken from you as well it's literally the only fair way to conduct such business. :) Love y'all!
Rick, thanks so much for your courage in sharing the story of your incredible loss. Your sister sounds like she was a wonderful person. I'm sorry she was robbed of whatever beautiful life she could've had, but I'm sure she would've been so proud of you.
I watch True Crime literally 6 hours a night... i work overnight and have it playing throughout most of my shift and this story here.... hit me so hard! I am the mother of 5 and i had all of them by the age of 23 and that's with a much older abusive man and around the age of 28.... as hard as it is to admit, and i hope my children never read this.... i started having these thoughts. Thoughts that they deserve better, i will never be the mommy they deserve, if anything happens to me my kids will have no one and i was so worried where they would end up. I started using drugs about that time and tried to block the coulda, woulda, shoulda's.... when C.P.S. got involved and found a seemingly great family to adopt all 5 of my babies and keep them together.... I thought i was making the best choice for them.... biggest mistake for mine and their life. I'm not going into details but now more 13 years later..... i was having some serious mental health issues. I wanted my kids to never suffer and instead of having the confidence to know that i can give them what they need.... my mind started going to putting us all out of future misery. It breaks my heart and i am thankful that i made the right choices back then because I was in a very dark and bad place, mentally. Please don't judge me and come at me.... i know how bad this sounds but honestly.... these things are real. I am not making excuses for anyone.... i pray for every woman that ever has to feel the way i felt back then.

My heart goes out to him and the poor lil girl. Rip
This poor girl did what so many of us do by falling for a bad boy and believing we could change their ways with our influence and sadly sometimes some of these bad boys are hardwired to be bad and there is no changing them and we need to stay away from them and be aware of the signs of the kind we need to stay away from… devil worshiping, messing around with a friend, having taking 3 lie detector tests, failing every single subject and living with adults that are trouble and bad influences etc... These are things that would be red flags. Bless Robin if you’re having such a pure heart that she wanted him to do better and thought that she could help him have a better life only to lose hers. She was so young and such a beautiful girl sometimes. Being so young, not knowing how her beauty could cause some boys to become obsessed by that!

This is an absolute SHOCK to me, to see this case on my feed. As a person who grew up and still lives in Berea, thank you for keeping Robyn's story alive. I grew up around the corner from where she lived, on Woodmere. Grew up with Rick's kids. Went to the same middle school as Robyn. We'd cross the street instead of walk past their damned house. Even after they were chased out of town. There's still a plaque memorializing her at Roehm, despite the actual school being torn down and it being an athletic complex now. You can tell Paxton hasn't changed a bit. The fact that he put up that website and won't participate in the video because it looks bad to the parole board and not because it's wrong told you everything you need to know
That's not true. He clearly said it's frowned upon by the Parole Board for inmates to participate in stuff like this.
@AshAniyah1125 The point is,: the fact that the parole board is his concern shows how little he's changed. He should be looking to do what's RIGHT, not what's good for the board.
His statement should have been something like, "I'm declining to participate because I do not want to further hurt the family any further," instead of, "I don't want to participate because I don't want the parole board to look down on me."
It just signals that he cares more about himself than he does his victim and their family
Hopefully he never makes it out of prison
You can tell Paxton hasn't. Changed a bit the fact that he put up website and won
well he has changed he was 15 now his brain will have developed whether he has changed for the better is debatable but you can't argue the the mind of a 15 year old is not fully developed @@Mewse1203
This poor family, I’m so sorry for their pain and loss.
It’s a warning tale of never be nice to scumbags
@@pale_saint yep, never trust anyone. No matter how nice they seem to be. 🙏
Can we just take a second for Rick, the way his voice changes when talking about what happened, and telling his mother. Bless this mans heart, I hope he is doing well and can find peace with the situation.
❤. True.😢
Also the teacher who witnessed him DRAGGING HER DOWN THE HALLWAY BY HER HAIR and chalked it up to a “lover’s quarrel”
The aunt looks like one of the worst creatures, just blank and useless for the humankind. She should've been jailed for a long time.
She has dead eyes. Nothing there. Light's on, no one's home. It's haunting.
@@coffeenteamorning1004exactly!! I can’t believe she didn’t get prison time. She could have easily reported the murder to the police, instead of helping him dispose of this poor girl’s body.
Apple didn’t fall far from that family tree 🤦🏻♀️
I can't believe Paxtons aunt only got probation! She was an adult and should have informed the authorities immediately. Despicable!
Agreed! They're just as bad as him. Absolutely disgusting.
Paxton's friend should have been put in jail too. He could have saved her life, instead he helped him to get her in the house and then he behaved as a coward.
I think they had a sexual relationship of some sort.
It's because she's a woman. Women serve much less jail time than men, and are less likely to face trial. (She was clearly Paxton's enabler -- he knew he could do what he wanted and she'd fix it.)
People get out of prison sometimes 5 years after a murder it’s twisted!
The narrator's voice is what truly makes it.
I agree. What this person said.
Hope it reads this: Rot and die where you are, it.
you get it
👏🏽 👏🏽
EXACTLY! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Psychopaths are always grandiose & never use appropriate language to describe their murders. It always minimizes their actions.
That’ll show him 🙄
I hope Paxton doesn’t ever get out. And if he is paroled, I hope it only after everyone that knew Robyn has passed due to old age. How the aunt only got probation is crazy. She was letting Robyn’s family worry about her despite the fact that she knew she was deceased.
She should be in jail too
I know i speak for a lot of older brothers out there when i say i would die for my little sister.
@@Yeshuaspupil i totally get you.
@@Yeshuaspupilagreed. I wouldn't be able to rest knowing someone who stole my sister's life breathed the same air as me. I've never regretted revenge, even when shit got dicey when the bill came due.
Thank you for using the pictures with all the people that are involved! It makes it so easy to follow along!
How a grown woman can witness a little girl in this state and be anything less than horrified and angry, is beyond me.
There is obviously something wrong with her as well.
Some women are so passive and eager to "go along" they don't take action out of weakness and fear.
Watching her brother choke up even still to this day is heartbreaking. He had so much on his shoulders.
And he rose to the occasion. He impressed me greatly.
Second chance? Yeah I don't think so. Will she ever get a second chance? No she's dead. Laughable that he thinks he deserves a second chance after murdering somebody.
Can we just apriciate the fact that not only EWU is showing us what happened but also teaching us. I had understood a lot of things ever since I've begin to watch this channel ❤
I KNOW I SAY THIS EVERY POST BUT THIS IS THE BEST CRIME CHANNEL OUT THERE! I wish a company would buy them/pay them to make 2-3 shows a week! Best narrator hands down! And footage, interrogation, facts, murders and mysteries that I’ve never heard of and if I have heard of the case EWU still finds a way to add new captivating info and usually never before seen footage!
Absolutely!!!!
True, bad people don't change! But they can hurt you.
Paxton's time in jail have saved potential victims. Keep him there. Save lives.
Exactly 💯
Just what I thought, too
The frequency and quality of these videos across all ewu channels is unreal. Easily the best true crime group out there
Rick Achultz trembling and tearing up while recalling the story of Robyn speaks a lot. They haven't move on even decades passes by. They love robyn so much.
Any one of these people could have taken care of this little monster at any time, could have called the cops, could have turned him in, could have shown the car. Their own selfish fear kept them from any rational thought, if there was any thought whatsoever. Disgusting.
@@davidpawson7393 So you're saying you support people lying to protect themselves even though it led to someone getting killed?
@@davidpawson7393how does this make them a bully? lol what
They were just as sick as him with maybe the exception of the friend.

I can't believe the aunt only got probation! She was literally an accomplice to murder! That makes me sick like wtf!
‘I am my sister’s keeper’ these siblings. Wow. Just know all us only children are envious of every single one of you who grew up with siblings, no matter how nasty you were to each other as kids and adolescents. This kind of love is so powerful.
Careful what you wish for. Some of us with siblings want the same thing
Having siblings looks tough most of the time 😆
It is an unbreakable bond.
That's why it's important to have more than 1 kid: so they can look out for each other.
It angers me greatly that he'd even be considered for parole!
I just found out about this and others EWU channels, it's incredable how the quality of the content increased on such short amount of time, congrats to everyone involved. sorry for the typos, too lazy to correct
"Tampering with evidence?" She helped dispose of the body of a child. Sounds more like she hid some receipts or something.
We tend to think the crimes of the present day are the most heinous, but evil and severe mental sickness don’t care what decade or century it is. Growing up in the 70s and 80s, I remember kids vanishing all the time without a trace.
In the US alone, over 460,000 children are reported missing every year, according to the fbi.
@@tristinrebel718 thank you and I’m sorry for your loss as well. Keep the good alive and there memories and souls will live forever.

No matter how long, the wounds of losing Robyn will never fade. Listening to her brother is so heart wrenching, still to this day talking about it can be tricky.
Paxton's website and "apology" are pathetic, hollow and self serving. I hope not one single person signed his petition and I hope he never gets out.

Thanks for clarifying.
Ha ha yeah, that kinda weirded me out, too. I stopped the video and took my ear buds out, thinking someone had walked up behind me. When I backtracked the video, I heard it again. Mystery solved.
I heard that.
it is a video call interview
Rick's heartache breaks my own :( I could never imagine having to identify my sister
How did she only get probation and tampering with evidence? She basically watched that child die and hid the body. She could have called the police when she immediately found the body. Insanity!!
Good to hear that he was denied a parole! Deserved!
Even if I thought he was a changed man who had killed my sister... I would still be waiting outside the prison doors if he was released..
I felt the same way about the man who murdered my grandfather... and I know I am lucky he died in prison... I never had to follow thru on my threats... and so never had to face the law if I did.
Sometimes interviews can drag but this one definitely added to the video.
Maybe she has a very low I.Q. and isn’t a functioning adult. Just a guess.
i love the way you tell stories and dont go off subject.

The fact that Paxton told both his aunt and his friend of his plans and they didn't take it serious even though everyone in the house was scared of him, supposedly, is telling! I dgaf who says something like that to me, I will 100% take it serious!! You don't joke like that!!🐾🐾
Was just going to bed in the U.K. , as it’s almost midnight here , but no , EWU has just uploaded, and I couldn’t be happier.
That answer shows that he’s still an excellent manipulator.
I love the use of the photos and moving them around as you tell the story.
Some people can only act like a normal person for so long and then at some point their true nature comes out.

I don't understand how you can go in and identify the body of a loved one, I simply could not do that.
My heart goes out to Rick, thankyou for doing the interview ❤
Someone has to do it, and the sons saved their parents from doing that heartbreaking thing. Thanks to them.

Gosh how sad for Rick. You never get over something like that. It’s not fair he has to carry that image for the rest of his life. RIP Robyn

THE AUNT WAS JUST AS GUILTY.SHE SHOULD OF DONE A LOT OF JAIL TIME.
Her death is still in the hearts of the community to this day and she will never be forgotten.
Also, we forgive you for the mispronunciations of Berea and Roehm. Not many not from the area can without hearing it first x)
That aunt should have gone down for murder as well. It's possible she might have saved Robin with some CPR and at the very least she was complicit.
