I think I prefer this version because the bag lets the whole thing be 'clear' rather than a matte area where the item isn't laminated. Thanks for a great idea. :-)
Yes! I love this and watched it before. I thought with a flat iron that it would melt through that is why my tutorial does not have it that way! Thank you!
+Lolly Palooza I don't have the fuse, I love sequins and shakers but I can't justify buying it...yet.... LOL! Thanks for sharing your creativity, not all of us have that gift 🌸 Rosa
This was was cool but u could also use an iron hehe i also use my vacume sealer forrd saver to seal plastic as well its like you have your own sealer lol. Aswoke video and love your videos
TY for showing us how you did it. I watched Kassity then came over to see. Also you can check out Nurse Tara 04 she has some great shaker tutorials with laminating pouches as well :) TFS
@@LollyPalooza I saw something fairly similar on the channel, Our Upcycled Life, but using an iron to fuse paper and plastic together, long enough to transfer the ink from the printed paper to the plastic. It was a sandwich bag transfer video, actually. Then, she gently rubbed away the paper with a bit of water, to leave the print behind, as a transfer of sorts that's semitransparent. So, as I'm dying to try it, and my iron is currently m.i.a., I was considering my flat iron, and perhaps with a cloth to prevent steaming issues on the paper side. When I looked up hair iron crafts, to see how a hair straightener melts plastic, I saw this.... And I HAD to watch!! This is fantastic!!! Thanks for a fun video, that's also useful!! I've subscribed, and will definitely be checking out more!! Take Care, Amanda Heath
You share some of the best crafty ideas. Who knew using a flat iron in crafting would yield such amazing results. Tfs ~ hugs 💖 💖 💖
thanks so much :)
This is a great idea, I think I have some small laminating pockets, now I know what to do with them. Thanks, you've made it look so easy!
+Vicki Milyard Great! I'd recommend sandwiching it in paper, then, so you don't have to try and hold a small (hot) item.
Will definitely try this. Was looking for an alternative to using the fuse tool. Just waiting for my cellophane bags to arrive. Thank you for sharing.
you're welcome! Enjoy!
Super cool, Lolly! Thanks!

What or how are they used or enjoyed? I like them just not sure where or how they are use as?
they are just bookmarks, so whatever you'd use bookmarks for -- books, diaries, journals, Bible, cook book, etc.
Ohhh que bueno. Gracias
De nada. you are welcome. tfw!
+Lolly Palooza thanks so much. Kiss from Madrid Spain
What a great idea love it hugs Cindy
it takes some playing around, but I love these!
Great idea! I have a laminator and a fuse tool but the fuse tool never behaves for me. It always gets stuck because the wheel doesn't turn😞
Craftygirl 63 I hear that concern a lot -- stuck wheels.
Love your idea! Thank you for sharing! May I ask what is the name of that little purple ring and where I can purchase ? Thanks.
I found them on eBay. The brand is Scrapbook Interiors, and they are called Scrapbook rivets.
Brilliant !!!! TFS! Rosa V
+BusyMom It seems there's always a way around not having the equipment we thought we needed :)
+Lolly Palooza I don't have the fuse, I love sequins and shakers but I can't justify buying it...yet.... LOL! Thanks for sharing your creativity, not all of us have that gift 🌸 Rosa

you need to be applying heat from both sides at once, so I think the iron would be tough. Thank you!
What is name of this sheet?
