This is a very cute bag, made elegant by your consummate skill! Funnily enough I went shopping the other day (unusual for me to do) and saw that this shape is trending. The commercial versions are not as cute as this. The simplicity and fine craftsmanship are what make this bag beautiful.

L.Nicolas Laval I wanted to know the same thing and did a search and found a product on Etsy, Non-woven self adhesive fabric, 0.3 mm Reinforcement leather bag lining 10.30 for 20"x54" piece. The SoleChef. There are other shops that sell this item but, this is what I found so far.
