I've stopped using regular Teflon tape. Had several leaks in the past. I highly recommend using Blue Monster PTFE tape. It's solved my leakage issues.

Blue Monster is my go to as well. Never going back to the og teflon.

Are you using a 3/8” DN10 with 1/2” hoses? Wouldn’t it restrict your gpm output at the top?

Tell apex I can teach him the right way to apply that Teflon. Stick his pointer finger in the hole and fix the roll so that he can keep a bind on it with his hand
