    What makes so different a $700.00 dollars sound bar from a $35.00 Dollars soundbar? I will open a Bose Soundtouch 300 soundbar and see what's inside.
    One thing that we won't be able to see but is a big part of the sound quality is the internal software (firmware) that coordinates and manages the sound and distribution of the different amplifiers.

      Thank you very much Sir!! I think what makes it so special is that Bose was born as an investigation project for sound improvement and it is currently owned by one of the most prestigious universities in the world (MIT). I really like its sounds, it is not laud, it is accurate, they think or the materials not only of the contruction of the box but also the position. I really like how smooth the sound is. My companion 2 series 3 pc speakers are made in China. They have amazing bass for 2.0 PC speakers with 2.75-inch full-range drivers. I wish bose makes 2.1 pc speakers again with a 4.5-inch rich bass woofer in the Acoustimass module and 2.75-inch full-range drivers for the satellite speakers.

    Great work! I just got the 700 series with the 5.1 setup. Amazing sound even without the Atmos. So my question is... the sound for the left and right channel is pushed out on the side via acoustic? I've been trying to figure this out while watching your video but can't see any speaker on the far left or right.

    • @Letsdosomethinguseful

      If you check at the 8:40 minute, those small speakers are for the left and right but they have like a tunnel to the extreme left and right of the bar.
      I replay like the sound of the bass even with out an external subwoofer.

    • @Letsdosomethinguseful
      @Letsdosomethinguseful  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is an output for connecting the acustimass subwoofer with a wire instead of wireless, you could plug a headphone there and see if audio is coming. The other way would be that you splice your source and send one part to the subwoofer and the other to the sound touch bar. Good luck.

      get the soundlink 300! they sounds the same Bose just changed the name and the drivers and design are exactly the same! The 300 is $400 on sale on Amazon. You don't really need a subwoofer since the soundbar creates lot of bass as long as you tune the bass all the way up. If you really think you need a deeper bass get the acoustimass 500, the smaller one, since the big one is an overkill!

I have never see those soundbars but if the speaker does not have any issue (if you disassemble it, try swapping the left and right speaker and see if it still sounds burst ) if the same speaker still sounds bad in the other channel, then your problem is the speaker, if the problem still in the same side, there is a problem with the internal amplifier, could be a blown capacitor.
