It's called a "fusion", a combination of Filipino and Mexican cuisine. The sisig is stuffed in a burrito. But they serve sisig with rice and egg, too.
I really don't get the hype on this restaurant. I tried having it twice to like it but I just couldn't. I know it's fusion but it just doesn't taste sisig to me.

I dont know what it is about food trucks I just cant do it. I've gone to them a few times over the years and would just be so cautious eating the food waiting to get poisoned. Rather eat at a restaurant. But a food truck restaurant. Yeah I'm good off that too.
I mean it isn't a "food truck restaurant" it's an establishment that started out with food trucks that worked it's way up to finally opening a restaurant location but go off, I guess.
