My favorite Anna Miller's memories include the cute Portuguese waitresses and a few older dudes sitting in what looked like just another breakfast meeting sort of moment, until one pulled out an ukulele and played a few cords... made we wonder if that meeting was more of a song writing session!

Wow! Blast from the past! My old stomping ground!🥳 Both my brothers worked their after high school. I used to go there after a movie or ice skating for a slice of pie! Stawberry was my favorite during season! A great pie to bring for family gatherings! Such a fun place! I have never had the reuben. Usually breakfast or dessert! Yumm! That acai bowl looked amazing too! I think it’s s worth a stop by! Mahalo!!😀👍🏿

Used to be 24/7 back in the day. For us westside people, a great place to stop after a late movie or clubbing before going home. I was surprised to see they close at 3:00 p.m.! So now, not even serving dinner? Well, they recently renovated the inside and got rid of that carpet that was there when it originally opened. I don't think they ever shampooed it either because they were 24/7. Looks much nicer now!

I used to go to Anna Millers for late night grindz when it was a 24hr joint. I usually go for the breakfast and the custard pie.

I love Anna Millers! I got to eat there on my last visit when they reopened since the pandemic. It’s just as good as before! 😋🤤💜 Depending what I’m in the mood for when I go is my fave on that day! Everything is great there!

yay anna millers! my absolute favourite pie is their peach (which weirdly wasn't on that list but had a sign for it so assume it's available) but also love the dutch apple too. you can also get it ala mode or with whipped cream yum!
what i love most about annas is all-day breakfast! they used to have a seafood omelet (shrimp & crab w/a bit of diced tomato, weekends only though) topped with hollandaise sauce OMG SO GUUUUD! sadly they haven't brought it back so my new fav is their 2 egg scramble (not omelet) with that yummy pastrami and sauteed onions, rice and i add a side of hollandaise to pour aaaaall over. healthy drizzle of tabasco, shoyu, and some cracked black pepper makes this HEAVEN.
i apologise for what is now more a disertation lol. i am also not on team ketchup on breakfast meats but yes on scrambled eggs.

We went to Bravo’s in June for lunch and there was a long line at Anna Miller’s. Was my first time at Bravo’s and I enjoyed the Eggplant Parm. Their coffee is deelish too. Went good with the termisu! 😋😋
Then off to BB&B. Then to Tamura’s for wine. What a convenient little shopping stop! I’ll have to check out Sugah Daddeh’s next time. I was so full after lunch.That Acai bowl looks excellent👍🏼👍🏼. Will drop your name. 🤙🏼💕🤙🏼

Glad to see you 'back'. My go-to diner orders would have been exactly what you guys had. The sourdough bread threw me for a loop as I love Rye bread for the Reuben. I'm on Felix's team ketchup. I guessed wrong as far as the pie goes; thought you might have thrown us a curve and ordered pumpkin or pecan which are probably cool weather choices.
Pumpkin and pecan would've been delicious!
Oh my! Another great review. Ur expressions are winnahs and descriptions so on point. My wife and I are still not comfortable with dining out 😷 but u guys are making it hard for us 👨🏽🦳👵🏼 to not join ur foodie Ohana out there.

I miss the menu before the pandemic. The burgers with two choices of sides was so awesomely filling. We just went to Kapiolani coffee shop in Waimalu this weekend. They had a line. the diner style food and oxtail soup hit the spot. Plus cant' go wrong with the cheap refill of soup lol. Cool video. Love Anna Millers. Ketchup and tabascco on da eggs fo sure

I loved Anna Millers when I stayed in Hawaii my family lives in Mililani and I stay for many months… I enjoyed the chicken pot pie for my dinner and my favorite pie is peach pie they heated it and served it with vanilla ice cream.. can’t wait to come back to Hawaii.. I live in the mainland in Annapolis Maryland…

After partying all night, we often ended up at Anna Miller's, back in the 70's. Macadamia nut creme pie was my fav. They were open pretty late back then.

Aloha Amanda & Felix, how funny, I went to Anna Miller's for the first time on this last visit to Hawaii. I enjoyed the haupia strawberry pie, but many employees at the Royal Hawaiian said the Dutch apple is the best, will have to try that next time. I wish I had gotten the pancakes, they looked good. How cool is pure sugar cane juice, I first tried that when I was in Jamaica and it's delicious! I am so sorry to hear about the video you had lost :( Happy Birthday Felix!

Hey Guys, Thanks for allowing use to go with you on your foodie adventures!!! Everything looked great at Anna Miller's. Does Anna Miller's make their Ruebens with Pastrami? I think that would be awesome. I'm used to having Corned Beef Reubens.
My Favorite pie is their Fresh Strawberry pie when in season. I love their Chicken fried steak, roast turkey, chili moco, and fried chicken plate. I hope they go back to being open 24/7.

Amanda for the Stain combined Baking soda and Peroxide make a paste and apply directly to the stain let it soak for few hours and wash accordingly

There's a best buy near waimalu side.. before there used to be a circuit city but it's been replaced by bed bath and beyond 😭 we definitely going back for that strawberry pie!

Dutch has a crumble, not pastry crust top like the French or American Apple pie. Love all the pies there. Lemon Meringue and a cup of black coffee or hot black tea to cleanse the palate is the best.
My mom worked there as a waitress back in the late 70's...while in High School Anna Millers was our go to hang-out after proms, so awesome you two did a show on Anna's....Mahalo's you guys!

Wow, haven't been to that Anna Miller's since I've been married. That was way before you two were born. Believe it or not, there used to be two Anna Miller's in Sun Valley Shopping Mall in Concord, CA. One was upstairs by the Sears and the other was downstairs on the other end. But neither were as good as the only Anna Miller's left in the world. BTW, that Ruben looked really ono.

Howzit y'all! Too bad da Vonz couldn't make it. I tend to judge a diner on their patty melt and was hoping Felix was ordering that but no matter. I love a reuben next followed by a Cuban as per sammich's. If they can rock any one of those I'm so there. And as per pie, I haven't had any since my grandmother passed. She made the most ono pies and yes, apple pie. All from scratch! If I hit that diner I would surely try it. On another note, my mother and sisters vacation on Maui almost every year and they always go to this little bakery/pie place out in the middle of nowhere on that island. I don't know the name of it or exactly where it is as I've never been. Other people I know that have been there also tell me they make the most ono pies eveh! Sadly I've never been. Y'all never fail to entertain and represent true Hawaiian aloha and local grindz. Mahalo and bombucha shakas for all y'all do!

Burgers I believe Ramen 🍜 steak & mushroom plate to Hamburger Steak onion plate Mac Salad or toss green … Daily Specials also 5.95 I think Breakfast special bacon 🥓 eggs your way rice or spam, Vienna sausage , luncheon meat … oh and or pocho sausage… stir fry to chicken cutlet katsu… all sort… haven’t been there for awhile so not sure how the menu is … also Heeia Pier …. Ono food just a thought

Anna Miller's and Bravo are the same owner. Notice the (pandemic) hours? Anna Miller's is open 8am-3pm. Bravo's hours are 4pm-9pm. Both delicious restaurants!

Last time visited Anna Miller's was around 2012-13 after me/co-worker got off around 0330 or so. Baffled/perplexed that they're only opened until 1500!
Another place you guys should checkout is Kehau's Kitchen, across the street @ Westridge, next to 7-11....

In the early 1970's my wife and I had a sugar cane juice stand in Lewers & Kalakaua. The sugar cane was from Kahuku, it was a lot of work and new to the islands. I still have the "cane crusher" machine. Will you visit The Big Island? My wife would love to see your videos at some of the local restaurants here.
