@SNixD This happened to me about 4 years ago. New owner came in, new cooks replaced the old ones, and even the menu started to change. In the end, it was all vegan nonsense and no one ate there; they finally closed earlier this year.

I was in this exact situation when i found out a Crepe place near me permanently closed. Good thing was that I knew the name of my order, and could extrapolate most of the toppings. The sauce that I learned from trying to make it myself was so good I legit use it on everything now.
A small family business closing is sometimes quite literally, the dream from its owner dying. Be it a bakery dismantling their masonry oven, a clocksmith laying down their magnifying loupe, or an orchard leveling their crops. It's like witnessing a new page in history turned over. Especially when you get to visit the place both before and after. Fortunately, the fire of passion propagates through sparks of inspiration. As long as craftsmanship still exists, the cycle will not cease.
Luckily my comfort food spot will never close. For anyone wondering it is the Sam’s Club cafe, I buy a 16 inch pizza for myself and it only costs $10 and it’s heavy and delicious. Then if I want the deserts are under $2 and they provide free sauerkraut packets and chili flakes
Now, I suspect that my giant wall of text about boring business talk is likely going to not show up because of TH-cam or a moderation requirement. So I'll just sneak in a much smaller post here. Then again it's a franchise so there might be some restaurants out there in the wild, but I won't know if it's the same taste since sometimes franchises don't taste the same cause even if the ingredients and how it made is the same, people can fuck up the cooking process.
