如何挑選第一對碳板跑鞋？等我介紹一下我4款 Nike, Saucony, ASICS碳板鞋系列。一切由我第一對碳板鞋開始，之後就越買越多對🤣
碳纖板鞋於2017-8年開始普及化，從此改變一般市民跑鞋市場。我呢幾對介紹既，因為唔係最新，所以都算係定位中價。市面上越來越多選擇嘅情況下，呢幾對可能適合新手作為入門版嘅碳板鞋。

2021 年推出 - 呢款鞋嘅前身就係大神Eliud Kipchoge 2017年著住嘅prototype 而成功係兩小時內跑完42公里馬拉松。之後Nike 就推出第一代Vaporfly 4% (意思係着佢大概跑快4 percent) 公認為碳板鞋始祖。片中呢對係Vaporfly第2代係2021推出嘅全掌碳板鞋。Nike最高端碳板鞋應該係Alphafly 系列。
第二代已經冇得賣，官方賣緊第三代

2022 年推出 - 呢個美國品牌創立於1898年，係2020年推出第一代Endorphin 系列。Endorphin Pro 係碳板比賽鞋，其他系列嘅Endorphin Speed (尼龍板鞋-重課練習鞋）同Endorphin Shift (一般練習鞋）。比起 Pro再高端D嘅系列應該係Endorphin Elite

How do you pick your first carbon plated runners? Let me share with you my collection from Nike, Saucony and ASICS! It all started with my first pair last year, and then I kind of got carried away.
Carbon plated runners have become popular since 2017-8 and have completely changed the market for the average runners. The few models I introduced in this video are not the latest models, so they are all in the middle range pricing. With more and more choices on the market, these pairs may be suitable as entry-level carbon shoes for novices.

Launched in 2021 - The predecessor of this shoe is the prototype worn by the great Eliud Kipchoge in 2017 who successfully finished the 42km marathon in less than two hours. After that Nike launched the first-generation Vaporfly 4% (meaning that you can run 4% faster when wearing them), which is widely recognised as the first original carbon runners. The pair shown is the second generation of the full-length Vaporfly carbon runners launched in 2021. The most high end Nike carbon runners should be the Alphafly series. The Next 2% is no longer for sale as they are selling Vaporfly 3

Launched in 2022 - This American brand was founded in 1898 and launched the first generation Endorphin series in 2020. Endorphin Pro is a carbon plate racing shoe, and the other models in the series are Endorphin Speed (nylon plate shoes suitable for intensity training) and Endorphin Shift (general training shoes). Above the Pro series, the most high-end racing model should be the Endorphin Elite.

Launched in Japan only in 2023 - this pair of carbon runners is positioned somewhere between the higher end Metaspeed and the lower end Magic speed. So they are not the fastest racing shoes. The four S's mean Safety Stability Speed Sub 4 - suitable for those who want to finish the marathon in just under 4 hours.

Just launched in July 2024 - this pair is the latest model in the Magic speed series. Due to the stack height of its soles these shoes cannot be used for racing because its thickness exceeds the international road racing rule that the stack height cannot exceed 40 mm. However, these shoes are great for high-intensity exercises. When I took these for my track training, I felt like I was running on springs.

多謝分享! 同感，Asics好穩定好信賴，但真係唔好推；Saucony對我黎講好似山鞋品牌norda一樣，好想試但好貴唔捨得買😂，或者妳有機會試下NB 嘅 sc elite 或 SuperComp Trainer系列，我覺得幾好推而且緩震幾好
作為一個慢人，今年初大阪係我初馬。我係著Vaporfly 3(無他，shocking pink好啱啲發老姣嘅叔叔😂) 我覺得就算慢如我(7分) 佢都有幫到我唔少。而我覺得佢唔跣(大阪嗰日全部濕地),我覺得佢好咬地。近排都因為靚所以買咗meta speed edge，但係我平時練跑著gel kayano濕地時係有啲跣。唔知meta speed係咪都一樣喇？嚟緊10月底跑金澤，我可能會2對都帶咗去，唔落雨就meta speed落就vaporfly咁。希望今次可以430啦😅

其實去試一下大陸那幾個牌子的碳板鞋，特別是李寧的4C ultra，會對於你目前穿過這幾款的感覺有完全不同的看法。高端跑鞋他們做的很不一樣了

其實…真係想練好跑步的話，最好就係著返貼近自然嘅跑鞋，亦即係薄底鞋，或冇任何幫助推進設置嘅鞋。根本碳板鞋就唔係適合所有人著用，一係腳板肌力問題，二係碳板鞋喺跑得慢嘅時候（5分速或以上）根本發揮唔到作用，如果喺冇任何基礎下花時間去買碳板鞋，認真講不如試下買對NB Rebel V4，感受下無板嘅感覺純用腳板肌力推動；或者Adidas Adios 8，感受地面俾你嘅路感。
再講，你有冇諗過跑姿唔正確，或突然提升跑量，碳板鞋係好容易令人受傷嘅呢？

現在所有跑鞋公司每年都出新版跑鞋和自稱新中底技術（如 Nike 的ReactX, adidas 的dreamstrike+ 等），怎樣才忍手買少D新鞋呢？

@@lokhimmui5104 個人覺得magic speed 適合練習速度課， vaporfly 留返比賽（用舊先練習）。但其實個人平時一般練習8成都會著無碳板鞋（因為想訓練靠自己肌肉多一點）。 長課（70分鐘以上）的easy pacing 我會着一啲保護性高啲嘅鞋厚底啲
純屬個人意見，遲啲都想拍一條片講吓我平時着開嘅普通練習鞋🙏🏻
