Thats a good idea it would be good to have one of those on hand. The tank also has a drain on the bottom so I could just dump the water and start fresh once the chemical line is primed.
The PVC keeps the foot valve directly on bottom of the bucket ensuring it doesnt float to the top. Sometimes even the flex in the hose will make it bob up. I have seen others use a ceramic weight to keep it on bottom.

Hey man quick tip... Go to a feed store and get a dose syringe and use it to vacuum the chemical up the hose before you plug it into the hydro minder

What size tubing did you use? And is that a hose barb connector you switched out for with a push in tip?
The new tubing is 1/4" ID X 3/8" OD. It is a push in tip yes
What's the purpose of the pvc pipe going into your buckets? Mine just sit in the bucket with the foot valve laying in the bottom of the pale
