Pull tape tightly. This measurement is the same as your band size. Measure around fullest part of the breast, do not measure tightly. Make sure both measurements are in a straight line around the torso. Subtract rib from bust measurement, count your cups. Use UK cups, because it is standard. A,B,C,D,DD,E,F,FF,G,GG,H,HH etc. Do not be afraid of the "larger" cup sizes, 85% of women are a D cup or larger. A 32D is much smaller than a 40D. There is only 1 brand that makes the best sports bra for women with heavy breast. Panache. That have underwired, no wired , padded and non-padded varieties.
