You do speak fast BUT, I have watched many videos where the people speak so slowly I literally speed up the videos. And that's the awesome thing about TH-cam - the option to change the speed you watch the video. If people find your speech speed too fast, they can just slow down the video! No biggie!

People can always adjust the ▶️ you tube toggle setting widget to adjust playback speed (eg .75 option) if they want it slower. ⚙️

Yes Scottish Nhs prescriptions are free, but the rest of UK has to pay, unless covered by a benefit eg ESA
