- Adriano Moraes silenced the Mall of Asia Arena when he edged out Geje Eustaquio in ONE Championship’s first-ever trilogy bout. After a cautious first frame from both men, the two flyweight superstars upped the ante in the later rounds, including an unorthodox submission attempt by Moraes in the fourth round. After five intense rounds, the judges ruled the bout in the favor of “Mikinho," giving the Brazilian his sixth ONE Flyweight World Title.

I got the fight for the Asian guy after 3 rounds. The 2nd round was close but the Asian guy showed defense unreal! Then he escaped and reversed all positions and won striking in 2nd round. These 2 guys are amazing fighters.
I agree with you sir. He was in control for all the rounds. Referess decision is not fair maybe split. But I think Jeje should win..

Mas mabigat sa judges yung takedowns at near submission pati yung damage sa leg ni Geje. Kung mas agresibo si Geje baka sa kanya napunta ang decision dahil asintado naman ang mga suntok ni Geje. Mahirap man tanggapin pero syempre gusto natin Pinoy ang manalo.

So sad for team lakay for losing the two championship belt. But for me these bout was a draw, because geje landed powerful punches, while moraes scores on takedowns and leglocks near finish so both fighters show what they have. Mabuhay team lakay
NEAR FINISH ang pinakamabigat ang score sa ONE judging criteria. kaya unanimous dahil yung lamang mi moraes sa NEAR FINISH nya, times 3 pa. tatlo kasi ang judge

Moraes held that submission attempt for more than a minute. The judges might have seen it as a near finish. puting your thumbs up does not mean much. a person in pain can still put his thumb up but it can not sway how the judges see the situation. next to NEAR FINISH is the DAMAGE. Geje was limping near the end of round four.. that must have counted..
