- Create Mod just makes things better! My town is expanding, and thanks to Create mod it's functional too! In this episode, I build a street in my town with a clothes shop, book shop, Bed and Breakfast and a brand new restaurant which automates food production for pasta dishes - and brings us 1 step closer to having a finished town! I also have an unexpected visitor... @plodplod !

When I saw it I instantly thought of this
In total we have:
- A Clothing Shop
- A Hotel/BrB (is that what its called?)
- 3 Resturants (Burger and Bacon&Eggs, Italian Resturant, Casual Resturant)
- A Flower Shop
- A Butcher Shop
- -A Garage-
The other building, what could it be?
A tool smith maybe? Because its a town and there are Tractors, Pickup Trucks and since its a "small" town, a place that you can go to buy tools, utensials, etc. or repair your car would be nice. Perhaps he could make it a bit bigger so that the cars could get in for repairs and the shop it self would make:
- Iron Swords
- Iron Knifes
- Iron Axe
- Iron Hoe
- Iron Shovels
- Iron Pickaxes
- Iron Utensials (if there is any)
*EDIT 1:* Also i just realized there isn't any place to buy raw ingredient like vegetables/fruits/grains other than meat. So a grocery store or market (perhaps not just crops but other stuff could be sold in the market) would be a great addition.

So I reckon the sunken bit on your first building could be used as a small open plan apartment. Kitchen, living area, bed, all in the one room.
That or you could make it bigger and turn it into a bar. Think the one from How I Met your Mother or the one from Cheers.
Edit: didn't realize you were doing something with it. The bookshop is great. Transfer this idea to a different sunken area lol.

Honestly I'd love to see a bar modeled after Cheers. It'd make a great place for when Mr. Beardstone and his friends in the world all want to get together.
Make a coffee shop with a big open area with chairs and tables, and it's really gonna fit in a corner.
And another idea u can use the mannequins as shop owners or cashier's ...
You need a laundry service - inside you drop your clothing (read: armor) of into a chute, pay (insert a few diamonds) and can pick it up a short while later, completely clean (and repaired...)

Ooh, I've heard of those! That'd be an awesome aesthetic to have! He'd need to use some sushi for just the belt unless he can transport some sushi from the Port.

you should swap the glass on the framed pots in the italian restaurant for red stained glass, its more fitting for an italian restaurant (all the best italian restaurants use the same translucent red plastic cups that look like marbled glass)
Maybe having some houses / apartments for the people “living” in the town! Love the series!
You should add a hardware-/hobby-/tool shop for the farmers to buy their stuff at! Would definately add some immersion to the town so it doesn't seem like the farms just magically have the tools to opperate them. Maybe even a tractor garage thing that sells, well tractors
Beautiful houses! Personally, I would build another building with a restaurant, where there is also seating on the second floor and where there is a large window facing the street where you can sit. In real life, these are always the coolest places to sit
You know the one thing a swanky boulevard of restaurants really needs... a bookshop. I'm not sure if you have it, and if not disregard. But if you do, Create Enchant and make a bookstore :D
Hello, nice pizza-pasta-mandolino guy here 😅 that sign on the italian restaurant is indeed correct, just I don’t think it’s actually as Italian as the classic patriotic and self-confident and “mamma mia its-a only me that makes the godd-a passta” Italian restaurant in other countries (yea I know I’m italian and I joke about myself, that’s the way it is btw), because as we’re italians we HAVE to assert that we’re the best cooks and no one is ever going to overcome the best food in the world and for that specific reason every single Italian restaurant has to put out loads of Italian flags everywhere, so everybody knows that it’s a “mamma mia me like da pasta” kind of place
If the bowls from the tomato sauce are being reused, I'd recommend removing one of the funnels just so bowls aren't being used were they don't need to be. Not that it matters in the grand scheme but efficiency is efficiency. Also a sink and shute for putting bowls back into the system as if they've been washed sounds like a neat idea
I think the sunken bit can turn in a little dance club. If you use a mechanical arm to put a disk into a jukebox it starts dancing around same like parrots
If possible could you add a little witches shop if you don’t have any other building idea. I think it would be a cool idea if a witch had settled in a small farming town
You should make the clothes shop into a kinsman reference so the sign can be vintage and you can have a secret door it would just be cool.

their is a mod that adds fish and chips its called create bitterballen it has also got some other things you can get like mayonase
The underside of the hotel can be a small breakfast room for the ppl who sleep there

The clothing store has to be my FAVORITE build for this new area by far. Look at all the little mannequins in their armor, so cute!!!

An equipment dealership or forklift assembly factory would be an awesome piece of world building to give some lore behind why yours and stam’s forklifts are the same “model”
Maybe it could be an automotive brand that also makes delivery trucks. You could make the showroom models look all shiny and new to contrast the worn used ones around the world.

The building on the end could be a shoe cobblers, might be purely aesthetic. not sure what you would store there other than boots and maybe leather but would be cool.
Not sure if you've already done it, but a confectionary from Create: Confectionary would be nice. I'm imagining a color scheme like the old candy texture pack from the console editions; with a central serving table where you can order what you want and a mechanical arm brings it to you. You can even give it a pair of engineer's goggles to give it some character.
You can just press shift when selecting the cooking pot with the mechanical arm for that to work.
With framed blocks you can do double vertical slabs, which allows you to have the interior of your buildings use a different color than the outside and still be 1 block thick
You need a bank, you could also build a curios shop, there’s also the hardware and parts shops. If you wanna add something underneath in the bottom shop full of dirt, you could make that a coffee, hobby/gaming or book shore. Also don’t forget about the info/travel vacation shop
Underground building should be a bar and serrve beer. Purple building looks like a dance studio, the last building could be player housing.
Whenever I see sunken areas like that I think of local indie band studios or small restaurants. We have a bunch of those around where I live and I love how cosy they are! But the bookshop also looks great, I would've not thought about that since my idea of bookshops is always a small store tucked in between some bigger stores! Haha! Loved this episode a ton!
the building with the door in the ground could be a speakeasy (illegal bars/pubs used during the American prohibition of 1920) but you could produce Builders Tea and sell it there.
Manholes is a great idea with framed trapdoors! More access to your power and rails!
Maybe you can make a secret entrance to some mafia meeting room in the book store. But as always amazing videos look forward to them every week.
The sunken area should 100% be a bar or a pub of some sort. I would bring in some night life into the city!
A theater could be cool for the extra space. Maybe just a small ones that could serve small snacks or anything that would be odd to put in a restaurant. Or maybe even a food truck or two near the park. Also maybe the extra building could be just an apartment or local pub

I'd say put in a bakery since not only does Farmer's Delight have some nice desserts but Create practically has cake options built in, but I don't think it would all fit inside that one little shop. But a soda bar for people to get their malts and sweets at would be on-theme, I think?
I’d love to see a small town bar in the last building! Think like strung up Christmas lights all year round and flooring that’s been chipped since before it was a bar at all.

in the Italian restaurant on the second floor where you were replacing the walls, you are still able to change the back one because you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the back, or you could use double vertical slabs

For the bowls you should put trash cans around the city but they're connected to the drawer system so when you put the bowl in it get distributed back to where it's needed.
Ooo maybe a florist in that last building? Or a travel agency could be good and set a permanent waystone in the back of it

That last building seems like a small hardware store. You could sell simple tools, or maybe some of the create things like drills or jetpacks!
A restaurant supply shop would be cool for the last building. A place for the chefs to get their kitchen supplies like knives, bowls, baskets, cooking pots.

I almost never leave suggestions, but maybe you can build a museum? You could put stuff that you don’t need (or just is cool) from your adventures on display there.

You can always have the building be foreclosed or shutdown or whatever. A townhouse or two would also help fill in the space.

Not really sure what you could do for that last building, but I have an idea for a future building: since Dale Valley is a farm, maybe you could build a little farm shop where you can buy farm machinery, like tractors, trailers and other farm equipment. And as for interior, perhaps you could sell schematics for various farm vehicles?
A theatre or a cinema with rooms with movies and you can make cool stuff out of it and make robots who sells popcorns 😊

Jokes aside, you can just Shift+Click on the pot and if its sets to "Put In Items" just click it again until its set to "Take Out Item". This way you dont have to do *that* . Unless if you need to filter stuff.

You can build a bar in it. Another building you could add to your town is a water tower. You can also put in it A cactus farm or bamboo Farm.
You should add a big neon sign on top of the burger shop! Love the builds!

I keep seeing two framed blocks on the street in front of the shops that have yet to be filled in, the rest of the building are looking amazing and i am looking forward to how this all turns out!
Hmm... I was originally going to say to put a pub/bar in the empty space but I think it's a bit too small for that. Then I thought that it could be a small flower shop. I mean, all those restaurants nearby mean that there would be people on dates there frequently IRL so flowers make sense to me. Then again, a small sweets shop makes sense for the same reason. Then I thought music shop! Which made me wonder why there isn't music at the different restaurants, especially the diner. Jukebox music is almost required at a 50's diner! ...Yes, that was exactly my train of thought. 😅
BTW, the new places look great! The interiors are very good too, especially the fancy one. 😉👍
heres an idea for a restaurant (you don't have to do this) :
The Mechanical Restaurant
at the front the player would order what you would want (depends what you want in the menu) and what table you would be sitting at (each table will be numbered). once the order is placed the kitchen will start making your food. once its done it would move it over to the right weighted ejector and throws it over to your table (there might be a depot at the table the player is sitting at so they could pick it up easily I don't know. 🤷♂️)
though it may be *very* complicated to do. id think it would turn out really cool!
Don't forget to make a mycelium farm! If it's taken you 30,000 blocks to find the mushroom biome it won't be worth it to have to go back every time.
I suggest building a little bank in a western style, like it’s the oldest building in the town
You should make a pub in the basement that would really fit with the bed and breakfast
I have an idea! in the ristorante, build a trash can for the bowls! and reuse it! even you can build a Recicle Plant in the town!
