In "No Name" NF said that fame called and he hung up on him and that would get back to that when he makes "Album 4." Here we are, Album 4, "The Search." The old man in the shopping cart is NF when he gets older if he never learns to let go of his burdens. He is trapped in a cage he created (the shopping cart). However, the cage is mobile now, because he is searching and making mental progress. The cage used to be stationary, like the one from "Outro" on the "Perception" album. Also, the dark themes and light grading are metaphorical for his dark mind and an analogy for mental health (New Zealand landscape, abandoned theme park, dark alley, and so on).
Cliff, Fame is what NF if referring to when he said "Back in NO NAME I said fame called, I hung up it kind of felt wrong" He's personifying the perceived vs the actual relationship someone has with fame when they make it big typically the outcome is way different than what they originally perceived. Also, in his NO NAME verse he said "Fame called I'm like how you doin? hung up on him I'm not ready for it, I'll get back to that when I make album 4" ( The Search ) At the time that NO NAME was made, he was wrestling with all his successes.
Thanks for getting to this song - great reaction! As far as who it was who said "... this song sucks..."; that was "Fame". If you go back to the beginning of Verse 3, NF says, "Remember back in 'No Name' I said 'Fame called', told you I hung up, it kind of seemed off...". Here in LMA, this whole first part of V.3 is the follow-up conversation with the personification of Fame; in response to Fame's question of "How have you been, Nate?", NF responds by sending him THIS song -- Leave Me Alone! (Pure genius, IMHO)... #nfrealmusic
NF is like the writer of a TV show that is coming up with story lines for season 4, when the show actually just got renewed for season 2. He's brilliant in the way he ties story lines together from 2 albums ago.
The last verse he mentions “Remember back in ‟ *No Name* ˮ I said *Fame* called?” That’s a reference to his track ‟ *No Name* ˮ where he says Fame called him but he hung up on Fame because he wasn’t ready for for the Fame at that moment in his career; And says he would get back to Fame in Album #4. “ *Leave Me Alone* “ is on his 4ᵀᴴ Album.
Remember in Outcast he was in the cage…In The Search he was traveling away from the cage with the cart, that he drags around or sits in. I think that is his portable cage. At the end of The Search he gets in it, and covers his head like he’s still protecting himself. Just thought I would throw that in. Thank you for catching that whole weather scheme. Nobody ever mentions that, I wait every time… it’s so great! Great reaction ✌️❤️
I found you by mistake but I’m glad I did, this is the first Christmas I will not see my kids on Christmas morning. It’s killing me but you reaction distracted me enough to shift my mindset Into Nate’s music
Great reaction as always. This song makes the best ringtone too. Now when anybody calls me I hear "quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet, quiet,LEAVE ME ALONE!". Which is how I typically feel when my phone rings. Except for wifey, she gets her own ringtone.
In his song "No Name", he says fame called and he says he'll talk to him in album 4. Fast forward, the search is album 4 and he responds to Fame with this song. But the video- there are different ways to interpret his videos, but this is mine: people in white are happy, people in black are depressed. you can have the fake smile and carry around burdens either way. He was given the tools to be happy in the search, aka the white clothes. at the park, there are tents where he can get his smile wiped off, or change into the white, and he just walks past as he is saying leave me alone. the third verse is with other people in black that haven't helped themselves either. just in their cages (carts) with their burdens. NF leaves there and goes and tries to let go of some burdens- but does he? it doesn't show him letting go. also, Nate is a Christian, so i do believe the hand taking the burdens is God. Giving it up to God. love watching people experience NF!
Love you for all you do, Cliff! You a real one! My intro to #NF began at a concert with this song. I never heard of #REALMUSIC before and went on an invite from a close friend. I didn’t even fux with Rap music like that either. But there I was. This was the first song to open the concert. Everyone was jumping up and down with the beat and screaming with #NF LEAVE ME ALONE! Well if he’s screaming at you to leave him alone, why you here? And why does everyone know every word to a rap song? Who does that? #NFFAMILY that’s who! By the end of the concert #NF had a new fan! I have been insatiable about #REALMUSIC ever since! Love all your reactions- you da truf!💪🏼🔥🎧✌🏼
Hope things get resolved with your health, liver and heart. That’s some scary stuff to have uncertainty about. Wishing you well, in all aspects of your life, Cliff!
Thank you for another awesome NF reaction! And thank you about the reaching out offer on Christmas. That's really kind of you! I am all alone & yeah...Christmas pretty much sucks now...so thank you!🙂 You freakin rock my friend! Til the next 1☮ 💯🔥🖤🎶🤘
One step closer to becoming Iron Man I see - sorry to hear you're still having so many issues with after your illness. I pray you get to feeling more like yourself soon (it's def. been a long time coming!) and that the doctors can get you sorted out. This was a fantastic reaction/breakdown - I hope you have a merry holiday and can get some rest!
Great reaction homie. I know it's been a while, but I've been watching and enjoying your content and congrats on the 100,000. You honestly deserve it. Your grind, passion for the music and watching your channel grow while you remain the same is truly an inspiration. Thanks again for talking and helping my son out. That meant the world to me. Keep up the grind and know you are killing it bro!
'Fame' is who said his song sucks, which can be interpreted as the industry/labels... or whatever, he actually makes a call back to "NO NAME" one of his earliest songs, he also makes a line about how fame makes him sick back in 'The Search'
Six Flags New Orleans is the abandoned amusement park. They had bought it around 2002-03 brought it back to life, and added some great attractions, attendance increased and then… Katrina hit… that was 2005. Closed for Storm… great documentary on it. Sad though
I think what he is saying in these visuals is that he chooses to deal with his issues unlike the majority of the population and he chooses to not medicate to numb his pain like the majority chooses to do. Which is why I think he shows way more people in white handing in their issues to numb themselves and put on the fake smiles and less people in black who are trying deal with their issues. Just my thoughts. Could be way off but it would make since based on what he has been through especially with him loosing his mom to pill addiction.
You are so kind. Just want to check out how you are? I noticed the portal under your shirt and as i was writing this, you explained it. Bless you brother. I pray for complete healing for your liver and claim health over all your other organs also.
The reference to his song "sucking" come out because of NF's despising fame. He references No Name where fame called and he hung up on him saying "I'll get back to him in album four". When fame calls back he sends him "this song" (leave me alone).
That's crazy because I still write in a notepad myself scribbles and all, writing in cursive you can see when I get in a zone because it looks like a different person's handwriting because I'm trying to keep up with how I'm thinking it or hearing it in my head.
Fun fact: Nate's wife posted an Instagram story of their place and all the awards he earned were on the ground leaning up against the wall- so he wasn't lying when he said he kept them on the floor
He said remember back in "no name" I said fame called. This was a flash back to his song no name where he said he hung up on fame he will get back to that on album 4 which the search is album 4. Fame is who said this song sucks.
Send your channel through your Eminem The Ringer reaction. I love how you broke that down, now seeing this as well. You definitely have a new subscriber.
Aww glad to have you!! I’m still a newish channel and learning so it means a lot! Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones! Stay safe and if you ever need me I’m always floating around here somewhere 🙏
That's a crazy Tony Stark heart.. Too bad it doesn't glow, I wouldn't have let them put it on me if it didn't glow. Glad You're doing better, just remember every doctors office is called a practice. Have you tried to listen to any healing Hz? Sound can heal with the right frequency. Trust me I'm NOT a doctor, I sleep with them playing better then any sound machine.
You noted in one of the Eminem reactions t that there should be a order with how to listen his work. I say that it is even more important with NF. This is one example of videos where you can find hints from previous ones when you know what to look and that goes with lyrics too. I don't usually keep following and watching reactors who jump out from the journey list because I find them usually annoying with how much they miss stuff and are relying people in comment section to explain them different aspects of the video. You are pretty much only one that has gone pass that limit. But I think that is because you write yourself you don't have as much problems with understanding his "art". That in mind this is only video with what I will ever give this type of recommendation. But if you want to get all the visual story telling and all the hidden gems go check 3rd ernest's breakdown video. He is photographer and he picked up ton of things that you don't think that would matter but when someone points out them they are clear as sky after that. And I'm going to continue my binge watch with this NF reactions playlist. ;)
Cliff... (which is also my middle name)... what if people need someone to talk to, feel more alone than they ever have in their 30 years now on the just perfect, wonderful earth.. have lost a very close family member.. as well as their two best friends since elementary school in the last year.. and shortly afterwards being surprisesd by being served with divorce paperword after they and their wife agree to "take a break," with a 3 1/2yr son.... but yet, somehow feel extremely related to you not just because of choice of music, alikness or anything really, but because they truly feel.. very similar, for some reason, even unknown to them... but hate social media.. meaning they don't have an Instagram.. how would they reach out to a real one, such as yourself? Asking for... a close.. acquaintance.... thanks in advance.
If something is at face value, I don’t really point it out. I try to let the song play as much as possible and point out things I find clever. I heard it and liked it though 😊
NF is Legendary.

Fuck yeah! NF time! Lessgo
This song was the song that got me to listen to NF....because I relate to it. I am OCD, ADHD.
Finally I've been waiting for you to react to this one of my favourite songs by NF 🔥🔥🔥
Cliff, Fame is what NF if referring to when he said "Back in NO NAME I said fame called, I hung up it kind of felt wrong"

Love the reaction. I adore NF
🔥🔥💯💯 Reaction NFrealmusic 💯💯
I found NF through #Ren and I'm so bloody annoyed that I didnt know about him years ago. He's brilliant❤❤
Thanks for getting to this song - great reaction! As far as who it was who said "... this song sucks..."; that was "Fame". Also in intro to song the phone rings....
It's a year later and I'm back to enjoy your journey
Seriously I miss your reaction videos.
Merry holidays from France 🖖
It’s Jazzland/Six Flags New Orleans and yes, it’s abandoned now, Katrina made it close down
Thanks for the NF reactions my man. Respect your grind
He was talking about talking to “Fame”. When he called.
too good to actually believe it's true.
NF is like the writer of a TV show that is coming up with story lines for season 4, when the show actually just got renewed for season 2. He's brilliant in the way he ties story lines together from 2 albums ago.
NF is LEGENDARY.
The last verse he mentions “Remember back in ‟ *No Name* ˮ I said *Fame* called?”
That’s a reference to his track
‟ *No Name* ˮ where he says
Fame called him but he hung up on Fame because he wasn’t ready for for the Fame at that moment in his career; And says he would get back to Fame in Album #4. “ *Leave Me Alone* “ is on his 4ᵀᴴ Album.
i wonder how u will react to " when i grow up" by NF . in my opinion its the most motivational song i heared for NF
it also goes harrrrdddd at his concerts
Remember in Outcast he was in the cage…In The Search he was traveling away from the cage with the cart, that he drags around or sits in. I think that is his portable cage. At the end of The Search he gets in it, and covers his head like he’s still protecting himself. Just thought I would throw that in.
Thank you for catching that whole weather scheme. Nobody ever mentions that, I wait every time… it’s so great! Great reaction ✌️❤️
I see him screaming at his doubts to "Leave me alone!" #NF 😎
You hit the nail on the head with being afraid to let go and the pain is addicting. Now go listen to Change and have your mind blown lol.
I found you by mistake but I’m glad I did, this is the first Christmas I will not see my kids on Christmas morning. It’s killing me but you reaction distracted me enough to shift my mindset Into Nate’s music
Thank you
Great reaction as always.

Fun fact.. a good friend of mine was actually in this music video. He’s the one following behind Nate the whole video
Way cool of you to support people during the holidays. Much love bro

I totally agree. NF is a lyrical genius.
Cliff i wanna pick your brain, not in a creepy way 🤣
'Fame' is who said his song sucks, which can be interpreted as the industry/labels... or whatever, he actually makes a call back to "NO NAME" one of his earliest songs, he also makes a line about how fame makes him sick back in 'The Search'
He like to take concepts like 'Fear' and 'Fame' and treat them like characters
Cringe
Awesome reaction cliff as always xx ♥️🐢♥️ xx
Much love from East Tennessee you’re fucking amazing!
Six Flags New Orleans is the abandoned amusement park.
They had bought it around 2002-03 brought it back to life, and added some great attractions, attendance increased and then… Katrina hit… that was 2005.
Closed for Storm… great documentary on it. Sad though
I love your reactions and I love NF songs keep up the good work
one of my faves

Leave me alone is 1 of my favorites paid my dues had to be my #1 before the mixtapes came out
I love this song about coping with doubts.
You are so kind. Just want to check out how you are? I noticed the portal under your shirt and as i was writing this, you explained it. Bless you brother. I pray for complete healing for your liver and claim health over all your other organs also.

Fame from No name.
Check it out.
BTW this is why NF fans insist on the journey. NF connect between songs.

Do NF NO MAKE and it explains it
WHEN I GROW UP, TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY
Left handed woohoo
I feel "*Zip* My description" is the closest he has ever gotten to swearing, He is basically censoring himself by zipping his mouth closed.
Here is a playlist to go by. It’s in chronological order. th-cam.com/play/PLOdKfcMvqmQtNeNyrMoRpCeh3uXU9lH62.html
Brand New - Sic Trans Gloria - th-cam.com/video/h3YVKTxTOgU/w-d-xo.html

Next you should listen to venom by Eminem
Bo Burnham - My Whole Family

Took a deep dive in to NF over the past week. Really enjoy him. But he is basically Em in terms of style.
No he sent the song to fame and fame said his song sucked
Round and round it's draining, either it was too basic to mention or you missed.
If something is at face value, I don’t really point it out. I try to let the song play as much as possible and point out things I find clever. I heard it and liked it though 😊
can you break the flow anymore.
