- Traditional Beef Morcon
2 kl Beef Sirloin - approx. 500g per slice
Season with Salt & Pepper
Stuffing:
2 medium size Carrots
3 pcs Pickled cucumber
2 small boxes Cheese (i used OK cheese brand)
350g Pork backfat
350g Pork Liver
3 medium size Redbell pepper
250g cheesedog (brown)
2 medium size yellow onions,finely chopped
2-3 Liter of water
1 cup soy sauce
*Ground black pepper
1/4 cup cooking oil
2-3 medium size yellow onions, finely chopped
1000ml (1000g) Tomato sauce
170g Liver spread (2small can)
3-4 Tbsp white sugar
Garnish: Chopped parsley

I agree na napaka-generous ni maam. Halatang walang tinagong sikreto sa recipe nya. Lahat ng tips na pwedeng ishare, shinare na ni maam. Legit na legit, ung lageng may binabago kasi iniimprove nya pa version ng mga recipes nya habang tumatagal. Sheshare ko to sa mama ko, dati kasi average lang lasa ng morcon nya, for sure sasarap na ngayon😊 new subscriber nyo po ako maam😊 keep sharing your wonderful recipes po😊
