This looks wonderful, but “Sam the Cooking Guy” upped the ante earlier this week with his Lobster Bacon Mac and Cheese with four kinds of cheese, Cheddar, Cream, Gruyere, and Parmesan. On the plus side, yours is definitely easier and more economical.

Hi Dave, I have 2 questions for you: Why does my homemade mac n cheese always come out grainy? It happens with both pre-grated packaged cheese and also with the cheese I hand-grate myself.
