- I finally bought a Stacker arcade game! This is the Stacker mini which is harder to find - it has 2 major prize spots instead of 4, and less minor prizes but it's a smaller and more compact machine. In this vending machine business vlog, the machine just arrived at the go-kart place where I'm putting it - and we do some unboxing and setting up of the new Stacker arcade game on location! This game is great for passive income.

I think he needs to open a concept something of Dave and Busters…
“Arcade Matt” on one side and the other half is a short order restaurant… “Place Matt’s”
In the official stacker mini manual, there's a setting that allows the minor prize dispensor on the right to become a major prize dispensor instead, that way you can have 3 major prizes in mini stacker.
Yea I learned this later on and that's a really neat setting!

There will always be haters. When I was testing for police positions, I ran into many older guys who graduated ahead of me. They would say I don’t have a chance in hell becoming a cop. Years later, I was on the police oral board panel, and the guy who said that, walked in .. his faces dropped seeing me at the table … This big huge muscle head started sweating so bad, my sergeant stopped the questioning and let him go get a drink of water. He came back in finished and left. After he left, we all died laughing .. but it was really sweet karma for me.
haha that's AWESOME - I def. am guilty of letting negative comments get to me sometimes. Just gotta focus on the ppl that support you and believe in yourself I guess!
@@arcade_matt there’s always haters!! People hate when they see others succeed … My own supervisors got heated when the police academy selected me for instructors school. Even the chief was not happy. Fkem. I got my Connecticut Police Academy Instructors pin and nice shirts that say Connecticut Police Instructor. Loved wearing in them in the department and rubbing it in. It’s was good until I got hurt and fked up and disabled. My point, even my PD officers got bent when I was picked. No matter where you are, people hate seeing others succeed..
I’m 48 drive a beautiful red metallic Hummer H2. I got a nice settlement police 401K a pension and full medical.
I even got shit from my captain who told me where I could and could not park my H2. It’s all jealousy .. look at it this way, when you get a negative comment, that means they are jealous that you are doing better than them. So you should smile when you get a negative comment.

You're probably better off saving up for whatever the major prize is, and buying it directly from your favorite outlet. Trouble is, unlike other payout-rate based games (such as Keymaster and Barber Cut), you can never tell exactly when Stacker is going to hit the payout rate - though there are some giveaways when it's recently paid out (and that's when to avoid), or when it might (and I say might!) be close to payout.

Arcade here had a glued piece of foam padding at the bottom of the prize area and the area that the prizes fall down and hit for all the prize giving games here (stacker / barbercut / lighthouse). Not sure if thats something you'd want to do but it gives a little extra protection incase you put something that can get damaged easily in there

Hey Matt! Heads up. White zip ties are better than black or any other color. It's for the same reason Namco switched to white strings on barber cut lite instead of orange. With a black zip tie, someone can easily laser through it.
I would definitely stop by and play but Google Maps says I'm 5 1/2 hours away... so probably not any time soon. Love what you're doing, getting your own arcade going.

I like Stacker! Even though I played it a very few times. I play those game in Spain in the hotels.
I know it’s late but the silver clips to hold the prize, are either golf towel hooks/ clips or shower curtain style hanging clips

if you use the screw driver with out a bit in it, it might work to tighten and loosen those bolts for the bill collector plate
