"Jonathan and Taryn Tycholis built a beautiful Skoolie to explore the USA with their 3 homeschool'd daughters. Finding life a little too predictable in Canada they decided to live a life of adventure on the road! Their bus features a convertible dining and living room, generous kitchen, a full bathroom, 3 bunkn beds and a play area for the kids and a small bedroom for mom and dad. They power their lives with solar power, and sometimes a small generator. With this setup they're able to explore the USA and live on BLM and in campgrounds. from Alberta too; currently Xpating in the Philippines. Sick of the heat of the tropics and looking to this type of set up going forward. almost 50 so budget constraints may not allow it for a couple years but would love the concept of working on the road in a traveling home just going wherever the wind takes you.

Really enjoyed this. Esp liked the multifunctional dinette/schooling/living room area and then the kids play areas.
Only additions if I may: I’d get animal stepped umbrellas for the kids in hopes of encouraging use of imagination, a doorway gym set for them to play, a doorway puppet theater, a magnetic board game set, a multifunction game table, and giant Lego storage blocks to keep normal sized legos in. 😊

That is definitely one the best-designed buses I've ever seen. The pellet stove is the first one I've seen in a bus. A smart no-brainer. The girl's bunks are so pretty.

Our home recently burned down. I told my husband maybe we can look into mobile dwellings but he is against it for now.
I love the fact that you sound proofed the bathroom!! Great idea for comfort and privacy! And the door is fabulous!!! I cracked up when you said I sit here. ( the toilet ) to get ready in the morning. It must actually be peaceful to get ready there in the morning. It sounds good to me… Cool bus!!!👍

I wish u guys peace and love! We get harassed constantly in our skoolie! They even took all of our dogs neutered them and returned them back to us. For no reason. Just because … anyway, sending much love and best wishes
Why would anyone get harassed by a bus reno?! It's a home, no different than a motorhome
