Most of them require too much time to setup and or get the materials for then to work or are waaaay to specific and already have a normal way of doing it. There are a few good ones here though. I still think potion are very often overlooked in manhunts. I don't like dream because of the cheating scandal, but I do alot of manhunts, and whether I'm the hunter or the runner, I go for potions, Speed Potions can make it easy to outrun hunters if you are low and easier to fight them because they will miss their axe attacks, Strength with an Iron Axe Crit does 6 hearts through Iron Armor so thats insane, weakness, slowness, and Poison can be used to nullify the runner completely and make them give up, especiall with the before mentioned speed and strength. Lastly Instant Damage Tipped Arrows are the most broken item in the game. They go through shields and hit for 4 hearts of damage with Iron Armor on, Diamond does 3, no amount of protectiok helps either. BY THE WAY THESE WILL ONLY ADD ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO GRAB ALL MATERIALS AND WORK BETTER THAN MOST TRAPS OR OTHER METHODS OF FIGHTING. Edit: Forgot to mention 1 more thing, you don't even need to fully pull back your bow for the Instant Damage to work, you can spam arrows like it was minecraft classic. If you do get a triple shot crossbow, you can 1shot any amount of geared player aslong as he doesnt have a totem, just walk up with the loaded crossbow right into his face, he'll most likely be blocking seeing your enchanted crossbow and shoot it, all three arrow hit doing 9 hearts of damage to enchanted netherite, then just finish him off.
A lot of these are implausible because of time requirements, resources required, incompatible version, opportunity for hunter counter-traps/trap avoidance, etc. but there are a lot of good ones in here too. The movement-based ones in particular are definitely something I can see happening in a manhunt (especially the boat tricks XD), as well as the invis pot in the end. The simpler the better!

Here’s another one: sand and gravel are unmineable when falling. They will fall forever if they land on a fence. If you get a player’s head stuck in it, they will be completely helpless

These are all good ideas but I honestly don’t see a single time dream will waste his time for red stone stuff, eg observer. It can slow him down and especially the chicken void trap.
Well I’m manhunts they sometimes do use red stone traps because in a manhunt the hunters used a redstone tnt trap and I’m sure dream used a redstone trap before
Red stone traps are fine just depends on how the trap is. The trap would need be less complex compared to this vid andyea Dream used some simple redstoning before.
You can put strings directly over water and when you fall into the water,you can place stairs to stop the hunters from clutching and going to that water.

Hello, I am going to tell u something for everyone who is going to or wants to do a manhunt, the chicken in the void play wont always work and heres why, You see the chicken is connected to a leash meaning if they know about the trick or have somewhat little sense of minecraft they would release the leash, Note, you would have enderpearls during this but not everyone can make a perfect shot for those who cant you should pick a block out of minecraft thats easy for you to get to use as an indicator, like a grass block if you put it into a corner or where you want to pearl then you can remember where to go unless you already know where your going, also remember when doing enderpeal clutches or plays notice how the enderpearl always goes atleast 5 pixels down from the crosshair 5 pixels or more to be honest. I used a similar trap to the inescapable end crystal trap but I replaced the end crystal with dripstone 50 blocks below and it insta-kills prot 4 nephrite ppl and if they have totem just drop dripstone on their heads until they die.
That inescapable crystal one I actually though of myself one day thinking "that would work in theory with hitboxes and all..." I didn't know if it would really work tho, thx!
Bro, first off, most of these need like a 30 minute runoff from main path to get the materials, like the ones with Silktouch needed for cobwebs redstone ore and more. How lucky do you think we are, dream tampered with the world to make drops more likely, diamonds easier to find and the stronghold closer to spawn so that it wouldn't be boring. You. Don't. Get. As. Lucky. As. Dream. Most manhunts wont bother getting 60 gunpowder and 80 iron for TNT minecarts. Sure, there are great tactics here, but most of them can be used by a different tactic that's easier to pull off. If you have 20 boats in the overworld, you should have blocks too. So use them to block off water, like dream has done. Nobody stands in the way of the obsidian for an End Trap so the Stslactites wouldn't work. If you had enough time to make a TNT duplicator in the END, you had enough time to kill the damn thing and end it already. Also Where the hell are you going to get Honey or slime blocks for some other traps. The Chest one is great, you can't see nametags behind chests, probably should have done more chest things. You can hide in a wall, place chests where the hunters are and then crafts without your name being seen. The other good one was the invis pot. You get blaze rods and Nether Wart is easy enough to get since you need a stronghold anyways. But really you should be tryna get Strength, Speed and Gold Apples for Resistance. Ontop of that you can use Spash Potions to get arid of them easily, Weakness while you uave resistance and strength can easily take even an enchanted diamond hunter out of the fight versus a normal iron player. Slowness and poison can be used to slow them down and Harming 2 arrows are the most dealy weapon in the game, they travel fast, are relativly cheap, can't be blocked by shields and you already have a bow.
I'm not gonna even bother with your potion addiction. But the points you stated in the vid are all great aside from cobwebs needing sliktouch? What happened to sheers? Slime and honey ain't that hard to get honestly sure I would say honey is harder but still relatively doable in manhunt. Gold apple for resistance? Yea your confused for an enchanted gold apple which is way more rarer. Other then that I can agree most of the vid is not really for manhunt.

Bows or towering then crossing. 6. Hunters can follow you on foot 7. You literally just copied 6 but since it was a different texture, put it as 7. 8. The hunters would need to have really low hp for this to work. 9. Hunters will easily bridge since you cant control the strider. 10. Now we get into time consumption. Where the hecketh would you get all this iron? 11. Even if you didn't have the iron, why would you make something like that when you can just fill it with cobble and get further away faster? 12. There is probably multiple hunters. One of them will break the sides if they haven't fallen in. 13. Ok, serious. Where does one get the time for this when the hunters ARE TRACKING YOU. You'd need to build 9 different bedrock breakers, get a chicken down to bedrock, and even then, the hunters aren't so foolish as to all go down there and fight you on a slim boat. They'll wait for you at top, maybe even cut YOU down. 14. You realize how hard it is to get tnt in a timely manner, right? Sure, you could grab some from a temple, but what if there isn't one? 15. Wait wait wait. Excuse me, but what? How does one keep a chunk with cauldrons in a snow biome loaded without looking suspicious? And you realize, it takes EVEN SLOWER for it to fill with snow than to fill with water, right? 16. Same as 15. 17. Same as 15. Arrows. The hunters can tower up faster. 18. Same as 15. Why bother replacing it if the hunters know you can just pick it right back up? Besides no one would throw something so valuable away. 19. Ok, why the H E L L would you have an inventory full of boats? Just why? Cobblestone works just the same. 20. Same as 19 but this is more foolish. just use one boat to boat clutch, or use it's gliding mechanic. 21. What if the hunters jump past the flowers. What if they get lucky and timing right and land in water after it breaks and before you can replace? 22. It's highly improbable you'll spawn in a swamp at the beginning, then climb a mountain. Besides, What if they land past them or use shears? 23. Again, what's with the excessive boats?! 24. The range of the tnt is miniscule underwater, and you can simply swim up to avoid it. 25. Sand works just as well. Besides, you would have to be one hell of a fool to jump on tnt with someone wielding flint and steel nearby. 26. Hm.. Let me describe in simplicity what you have to do. *Inhales* you need 8 arrows and a brewing stand and gather dragon breath and fermented spider eyes and you need to come back to the overworld so it's not suspicious. If you try to buy from fletcher he might have something else at masters level which will infuriate you and make you wind up dead *Exhales and coughs* 27. Same as 26. 28. They can just bridge over to you. 29. And if they do time it correctly? What about if they land on the edge of the cauldron? 30. They can see the dirt and sapling and move to side of water. 31. What keeps the hunter from removing the lead themselves and make you fall in the void for that boat platform one? They can even place blocks so you cant pearl out while falling.

If it falls on a fence it will break. Also, when its is falling, they dont have a hitbox, so it wont suffocate anyone

These are all good ideas but I honestly don’t see a single time dream will waste his time for red stone stuff, eg observer. It can slow him down and especially the chicken void trap.
Well I’m manhunts they sometimes do use red stone traps because in a manhunt the hunters used a redstone tnt trap and I’m sure dream used a redstone trap before
Red stone traps are fine just depends on how the trap is. The trap would need be less complex compared to this vid andyea Dream used some simple redstoning before.

Hello, I am going to tell u something for everyone who is going to or wants to do a manhunt, the chicken in the void play wont always work and heres why,
You see the chicken is connected to a leash meaning if they know about the trick or have somewhat little sense of minecraft they would release the leash,
Note, you would have enderpearls during this but not everyone can make a perfect shot for those who cant you should pick a block out of minecraft thats easy for you to get to use as an indicator, like a grass block if you put it into a corner or where you want to pearl then you can remember where to go unless you already know where your going, also remember when doing enderpeal clutches or plays notice how the enderpearl always goes atleast 5 pixels down from the crosshair 5 pixels or more to be honest. I used a similar trap to the inescapable end crystal trap but I replaced the end crystal with dripstone 50 blocks below and it insta-kills prot 4 nephrite ppl and if they have totem just drop dripstone on their heads until they die.

Bro, first off, most of these need like a 30 minute runoff from main path to get the materials, like the ones with Silktouch needed for cobwebs redstone ore and more. How lucky do you think we are, dream tampered with the world to make drops more likely, diamonds easier to find and the stronghold closer to spawn so that it wouldn't be boring. You. Don't. Get. As. Lucky. As. Dream. Most manhunts wont bother getting 60 gunpowder and 80 iron for TNT minecarts. Sure, there are great tactics here, but most of them can be used by a different tactic that's easier to pull off. If you have 20 boats in the overworld, you should have blocks too. So use them to block off water, like dream has done. Nobody stands in the way of the obsidian for an End Trap so the Stslactites wouldn't work. If you had enough time to make a TNT duplicator in the END, you had enough time to kill the damn thing and end it already. Also Where the hell are you going to get Honey or slime blocks for some other traps. The Chest one is great, you can't see nametags behind chests, probably should have done more chest things. You can hide in a wall, place chests where the hunters are and then crafts without your name being seen. The other good one was the invis pot. You get blaze rods and Nether Wart is easy enough to get since you need a stronghold anyways. But really you should be tryna get Strength, Speed and Gold Apples for Resistance. Ontop of that you can use Spash Potions to get arid of them easily, Weakness while you uave resistance and strength can easily take even an enchanted diamond hunter out of the fight versus a normal iron player. Slowness and poison can be used to slow them down and Harming 2 arrows are the most dealy weapon in the game, they travel fast, are relativly cheap, can't be blocked by shields and you already have a bow.
I'm not gonna even bother with your potion addiction. But the points you stated in the vid are all great aside from cobwebs needing sliktouch? What happened to sheers? Slime and honey ain't that hard to get honestly sure I would say honey is harder but still relatively doable in manhunt. Gold apple for resistance? Yea your confused for an enchanted gold apple which is way more rarer. Other then that I can agree most of the vid is not really for manhunt.

What keeps the hunter from removing the lead themselves and make you fall in the void for that boat platform one? They can even place blocks so you cant pearl out while falling.
