Sir. At the end of the video you said that since there is no charge inside the hollow sphere the flux inside the hollow sphere is zero. Another reason could be that since the electric field lines for positive charge are always directed outwards so no electric field line will pass through the Gaussian Surface (IMAGINARY SURFACE) inside the uniformly charged hollow sphere. Is that right? Thankyou for the amazing video lectures by the way. Love from Gilgit Baltistan.
Your another reason is not right because if put two negative charge to each other then it will reaple each other then it mean it have outward electric field line ( the field line only put concept to determine the positive and negative charge
