The buds im listening music on one phone and the other gets a call and it will instantly switch to the call, once its over it will return to the other phone. The devices work so well together its amazing. Glad you are loving your devices.

Hermano u could take it off you take a thin piece of cardboard or paper slide it in the top the top part between the the plastic and the top part's moves and you can take out the earbuds from the case try very easy it does come out take care
You can remove the case. Open the case, pry the clear tops apart with your fingernail or something. Then just pull or push the buds up, from the bottom at the charging port.
