Hi again Jane it's always nice to have a trouble free embarkation. I think your comment about being comfortable is very accurate. I think we will be back on board with Fred Olsen at some point.
We loved Oceania and we are back with them next year on Vista. Our next adventure is on Queen Anne. We like to try different ships and cruise lines. Thanks for watching
So congrats, Ken, you’ve finally broke a cherry as an Olsen virgin. Bolette is my 1st cruise after the pandemic and it was also her maiden voyage in Aug ‘21. My 1st Olsen was Boudicca to Ireland in ‘13. I missed Black Prince, Watch and Braemar but caught up with Balmoral a year ago. Lucy and I’ll embark on Borealis next week to the Netherlands with probably the same itinerary as yours. Wish all the best on your Queen Anne‘s inauguration on the day after our departure from Southampton. June
The food on Fred Olsen was very good all round and speciality at £10 if pre-booked. Just working on our dining review at the moment. Thanks for watching Guys
Glad you enjoyed it. Dogs hate it when you get the suitcases out!😅
Ours seems to love it he really looks forward to being spoilt at his Aunties
Hi, Lindsey & Ken,
Thanks for sharing your first day aboard Bolette, it looks very comfortable, nice to have a quick embarkation!

Thanks so much for that June I'm sure you'll have a great time on Borealis. We are looking at Balmoral for next year. I think we are hooked on Fred.

I want to try Fred Olsen one day. I've heard good things about them. I miss the turn down service
It was a very good experience of traditional cruising with good food and service shining through. Thanks for watching
You certainly got your money’s worth out of the drinks package. 😂 x
It was very good and suited us
The Fred Olsen package is well priced esp when compared to other mainstream lines and quite inclusive. Fixed cost v the unknown
And you’re paying all that money!
It was very good value for money on this cruise
Aaahh ok
Is Dax a Jack Russell?
He certainly is
As an 80 year old yeepie ( Young Energetic Elderly Person) I am a tad offended by the rather ageist comments 😢
No offence meant, we had been misled by others about the age demographic on the passengers.
It’s actually youthful energetic elderly person into everything. It’s an expression my mum used. She lived to 101 and was living it to the end
@@lornaandrewes3611 My Father is 93 and still loving life.
That pretty bad!!! The sparkling wine is NOT THAT GOOD….. smh!
Lindsey really quite liked the Cava. I guess it's a matter of personal taste.
