His voice is nothing compared to the genius Sir Lawrence Olivier. Sir Lawrence had a perfect voice and the Thespian’s THESPIAN. Some Narrator’s should take a lesson from the BBC’s 1970’s TV Series WORLD AT WAR. Sir Lawrence Olivier did the perfect work with feeling for each episode. 20 out of 10 👍👍👍👍👍

No navy, no transports, no landing craft, the He111H was 2 engine bomber that had little impact on Britain, the BF109 barely had enough fuel to spend ten minutes in British airspace to protect bombers etc. Great Britain was NEVER in any danger. Churchill fought on and destroyed the nation. Stop reading Churchill's narcissitic account of history. All Britain did was wait for the Russians and Americans, who really won the war.

@@476233 The London Blitz doesn't change the fact that Great Britain was never in danger of invasion. Hitler couldn't get across the Channel. The British should have never given any guarantee to Poland. Poland couldn't be defended. The strategy there was to let Hitler go east and fight the Soviets. Despite his initial success, Hitler simply didn't have the strength to conquer the USSR. That war would have continued on for years weakening both the Soviets and the Nazis. Then when both nations had bled themselves to death, Britain could have weighed in. That's basically what FDR did in the real timeline. Britain entered a war in 1939 that it couldn't win except in a long war of attrition, the same that bankrupted Britain in 1918. Churchill was like a little boy in his demands for war. Fortunately, his own generals ignored him on many of occassions or Britain's losses would have been higher.

I don’t think it was so much that they didn’t want Churchill.. I think it was that it was a different time with different needs. The other party was more in favor at the time due to the policies they supported and believed in. He was later re-elected again though.

A reality where humanity is a mass of isolated individuals is unsustainable because there will be no connections between people and society will disintegrate just as any organism disintegrates into the smallest elements when it dies.
Therefore, the family will be the basic unit where people cultivate positive connections. Since people are becoming increasingly individualistic, the family will be the place where people learn to embrace diversity rather than fight against people who hold different views. People will learn that just as our body exists thanks to different cells and organs working together for the sake of the body, different people who work together for the sake of the family enable the success of the family.
From the family unit, people will take their lessons to the community, from the community to the city, from the city to the state, to the country, and finally to the entire world. In a way, it is too bad that the Brits, Americans, and French could not join with Germany and Japan to fully and finally SOLVE the Russian and Chinese problems. The world would be better. But Germany and Japan should not have done the slave labor and genocide stuff. That was dumb. But we could have solved the Russian and Chinese problems.

No navy, no transports, no landing craft, the He111H was 2 engine bomber that had little impact on Britain, the BF109 barely had enough fuel to spend ten minutes in British airspace to protect bombers etc. Great Britain was NEVER in any danger. Churchill fought on and destroyed the nation. Stop reading Churchill's narcissitic account of history. All Britain did was wait for the Russians and Americans, who really won the war.

@@476233 The London Blitz doesn't change the fact that Great Britain was never in danger of invasion. Hitler couldn't get across the Channel. The British should have never given any guarantee to Poland. Poland couldn't be defended. The strategy there was to let Hitler go east and fight the Soviets. Despite his initial success, Hitler simply didn't have the strength to conquer the USSR. That war would have continued on for years weakening both the Soviets and the Nazis. Then when both nations had bled themselves to death, Britain could have weighed in. That's basically what FDR did in the real timeline. Britain entered a war in 1939 that it couldn't win except in a long war of attrition, the same that bankrupted Britain in 1918. Churchill was like a little boy in his demands for war. Fortunately, his own generals ignored him on many of occassions or Britain's losses would have been higher.

Always found it odd that Churchill lost the election in 1945, what else could you have wanted from a leader? Gave me a very negative reaction to the British.
I don’t think it was so much that they didn’t want Churchill.. I think it was that it was a different time with different needs. The other party was more in favor at the time due to the policies they supported and believed in. He was later re-elected again though.
