Wow!!!!!! Rabbi Kessin, it was and is riveting, humbling, restorative, your words are so wonderful!! I discovered that my family was Jewish in 2016, we were secret Jews in Italy. The Jewish cultural center found the names of my family in the Inquisition office. There are records all the way back to the 1500s one of my family members was burned at the stake. I do yizkor for him and the rest of my family every year. Your words are the words of a prophet. I listen to you almost every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am changing because of you. Please create a series Trump's Victory and The Purpose of Loving Mankind, I want to hear more from you. I see the amazing connection. I don't know what it's like to grow up Jewish, but I have thought that it is critical as you said, we represent each other.

I never thought of the slavery of Egypt and the Holocaust in that way.

Great shiur Rabbi. Its true that these calamities come to bring us together and as a result merit redemption. But i have a question, why does the messianic figure need to suffer alone, moshe rabbeinu had to suffer alone and the fact he wasn't with his people in itself was suffering. The same is true about every messianic figure, the people suffer together to bring them together but the agent of redemption itself suffers alone.

Isn't the REASON Man thinks he's outside of G-D, is because that is what gives him - FREEDOM OF CHOICE!?
