after 28 seasons, this is definitely the best final 6 i've seen on survivor. you got 2 hilarious villains (tony and kass), 2 underdogs fighting to stay in the game (spencer and tasha), a underrated strategist (trish) and a very likable, physical threat (woo) competing in what is one hell of a challenge. survivor at it's prime, i rewatch this for memories. :p
+frankie beans I think the Heroes Vs Villians final 6 was a bit better, although the situation isn't too different 2 villians (Russel and Parvati), 2 underdog (Rupert and Colby) Likable, Physical Threat (Jerri) and Sandra, who I guess is similar to Trish. The final 6 in Cambodia is pretty great as well, mostly because there's so many people to root for.
+Croon Crowney HvsV was good but Colby looked absolutely defeated throughout the entire game and I never found the appeal in Rupert cause he was always so grumpy. I agree with Cambodia although Tasha, without her challenge superiority, is not as likable.
Awesome challenge! Trish looked like she was wasting away. And a lot of people think Survivor is fake. Who would do that to themselves? Look at Spencer this season. He looks like a freakin skeleton!
In my opinion, this is probably one of the best challenges in the entire season, but I wish I could have seen all the things the castaways had to count.
Spencer is a pretty underrated challenge beast. He’s not like Oz or Joe where he’s got like brute strength to help, he’s just a seriously smart kid when it comes to puzzles. Great challenge!
haven't seen this show for ages and I cannot believe its still being made! Looks like it has gotten better than the last time I saw it in the early 2000s
This is honestly one of the best seasons, the strategy and depth of this game has evolved so much. I recommend cook islands as another seaspn. (Also, they're airing season 35 rn)
Imo this is the best challenge ever in survivor history i just dunno of this was used before but this is brilliant, emotionally, physically and mentally exhausting darn! I love it
I liked Jeff better in the earlier seasons when he was motivational and a lot less talkative, more like an ESPN play announcer. Now I just feel Jeff is just insulting the castaways like Trish at 3:20.
hoteliwinshowcases exactly. He may not realize it's insulting, but those comments don't serve to do anything except objectify Trish's physical appearance. Totally unnecessary.
I'm going to root for Trish along with Spencer to get into the final 3 because of that, and since they are the only two left who actually have a decent game plan. Spencer's is more of an underdog while Trish does work out of the radar.
I love how they talk about Kelly Wiglesworth's consecutive immunity challenge record like it's still a record. It was literally broken the following season by Colby Donaldson, which was then tied in Season 12 by Terry Deitz.
maybe its a record for women...since Tasha was a woman and Kelly, had won four straight immunity challenges, which was the one Tasha aims to accomplish...
I was for sure thought that Tasha was going to pull out another individual immunity win well Spencer won making her string of immunity challenges winnings come to an end.
A strategy that might work for this challenge is to count the number of items of maybe 2 or 3 stations, and just kind of go through the motions at the remaining stations. Get those 2 or 3 stations correct first before going back out to accurately count the remaining stations. It is no doubt easier said than done once a player actually enters into the competition. And there's the possibility that another player might get all the numbers right on the first round.
he shows calmness right there, he's not panicking or getting frustrated because of that, but unfortunately, even if he won the final immunity challenge, he still lost the million dollars to Tony...
Best season of all time will never be topped. Perfect casting and boot order. Tony and Cagayan’s theme truly changed survivor. The new era’s blueprint started with 28
This should have been in Tocantins... J.T and Stephen would do this pretty easily J.T is fast so sprinting is fine...and smart Stephen is good at numbers
I think the best way to do this challenge is (because most of the numbers will be 26 or below) assign a letter to the number so if there are 12 masks you’d think L because its the twelfth letter etc. If its above 26 just remember how much above so 1,2,3,4 etc the numbers don’t go above 35, anyway this way you only have to remember 6 things instead of 6 potentially two digit things
They eliminated my main hack by only allowing 1 try at the combination each time (rolling combination locks are easy to pick). The best you might do is to lay 1 arm across the top, and pull the bar violently, when you try in hopes of feeling which wheel the bar catches on.
@@jackbuggeln4870 Yup, running back each time sucks, otherwise these types of locks are easy to pick - just pull on the bar and feel when each wheel is in place.
Gabrielle Kekuewa HAHA! yeah she did change one, but if she didn’t change anything that would mean she was going crazy. I wonder.... has anyone gone crazy on Survivor before?
Many find Jeff's commentary as unfair it would seem, but to be honest his annoyance is distributed equally to every person there so its whatever. I do in fact prefer the early days when Jeff didn't commentate at all and the music took over, but there are benefits to having an active host setting up the scene as things play out as well and it was interesting to see Jeff's sudden switch into this mode of hosting back in Survivor Thailand
The simplest knowledge of locks would have made this challenge much easier. Pull hard on sword, look at which wheel shifts sideways (indicating that it's binding). That means that wheel is incorrect. Do the same a few times and the lock is done. Since when the wheels are in the correct location they won't touch the sword when being pulled, they won't bind, and therefore won't shift in such a jarring manner. They may jiggle, but the one binding won't jiggle, it'll just jerk to one side very violently.
I would double count two stations at each try. With so many people getting it wrong, you could afford to do it that way and not fall behind in the challenge. The problem is panicking when you start seeing others rushing back to their stations. Take your time and concentrate on yourself
Holy crap! Anyone remember when Trish was super muscly at the beginning and now she’s skinny? Amazing what this show does to your body and mind. I couldn’t survive out there.
I would've counted one thing at a time. With how much everyone struggled I think it’d be that start. Granted, you're not really thinking of that when you're doing it
