The wires that control the front motor on my S 10 S electric scooter the little plastic adapter with the really thin wires. Could that be the reason why I have a code and code saying e-11 because of the plastic adapter for the front motor.. I did checked the green, yellow and blue one and I did not say see nothing wrong with them, but I did not check the little plastic send wire one
So seal the front cap, 8 screw holes underneath, where wires enter the deck and light covers would that be a serious improvement in resistance?, I don't want to touch the controller or wires till I have to
Hey man, a quick question a little while ago I was riding the scooter my S-10, S, and the big exit commission red light came on and then it disappeared for a really long time and then today I rode my SNS again and I was walking at the rocks by I did write it somewhere a little bit to in the rocks and the big ass commission light came back on, and it seem like it was cutting power and like it was turning off and then I let it sit for a little bit and then wrote it again and it disappeared and I don’t know what code it is because it comes and goes. I don’t know what that could be. Maybe I just need to send you the code when it comes back or write write it in the comments when he comes back

Yeah man I’m not that worried about my wires getting wet or something shorting out because I don’t ride it in the rain but I do go over puddles sometimes but I don’t really think that’s a really big deal to me. Maybe you think different… definitely try to avoid it though. The small puddles.
ive noticed my joyor y6-s has some sort of white wax between the cables i think they did it themselves ive just sealed the plastic part and those holes, thanks for the helpful guide!
Thank You for sharing your expertise I would like to know how to expand my scooter I watched your video on folding using a screwdriver I need the opposite I can't ride my scooter Because the handle bar stem will not lock click in place it is too difficult for me it collapses any suggestions or demonstration I will not be folding it so will not deal with this problem
It took 3 people to get it locked in place for now not going to fold it because that was really hard I was able to get it working because of your expertise Thank You Much🏅

David, I have an S10 dual motor for about 2 weeks now. Put 59 miles on it already. The REAR motor seems to make a ticking noise relative to speed. It doesnt seem to be a brake pad or caliper issue. Any idea? Still goes 40 miles an hour. Thanks
Check all the bolts to make sure they are tight U can isolate it by taking pads off brakes and see if it makes sound Then put in a bench and try it see if lack of weight stops the noise If so then possibly a bearing

TH-cam doesn’t allow that anymore I’m going to say it sounds like a internal bearing or something. There is really nothing you can do Just use it till it stops working The get new rear motor. It’s possible it will stop after a while
I also put ultra black inside of the some of the clips and then I clip them together I took your word for it. I don’t know if I was supposed to put actual black inside of the clips or the other stuff that you had in your video or ultra back is fine.
I really need a tutorial on bleeding the brakes and installing brake pads because soon I’m going to need back brake pads because I just took the back brakes off just to see how my brake pads look and the top of my brake pads look like they’re getting really worn out and the brake lever you have to pull it in pretty far in order for it the back brakes to engage the the front brakes soon as you touch the front brakes lever I just want to lock up my back brakes used to be like that but not anymore and I know why now but I wanted to know if you can make a video on it that would be helpful. @shackled1800 If you can just ad a little sealer on the cables or the electric grease And just make sure the lights are sealed Then you should be fine Driving in the rain like u said just try not to go under water.

Do you recommend that I go inside of the scooter where the wires are and making sure that everything is a snug fit in tight and start zip tying things just to make sure nothing happens in the future with the wires?
Yeah, I’m not gonna mess with it if anything does happen that has to do with the wires I’m definitely going to make sure that everything is going to be secure and nothing is going to be moving around and everything is a really snug fit but hopefully nothing goes wrong that I need to do anything with the wires well so far at least except the light problem lol

I was scared that the tire was going to pop. I only put 40 in there and the tire and it still seems to have a wobble when I go. Top speed. 😭😭

Sounds like it’s hitting a speed limiter Because then when imported I think after a certain speed it gets classified as a motor vehicle not a scooter Your tire should have the recommended PSI Mine is 50 Only think I can think of is make sure you lean back a little

Yo lo compre. Luego de 1 Mes presento problemas. Cuando precionaba el pulsante de la velocidad me pasaba electricidad costantemente. La rueda que deberia adaptarse a cualquier tipo de suelo se revento internamente.(a pesar de que soy super cuidadoso con mis cosas. Nunca hice saltos ni nada. Solo manejar por lugares limpios.) La bateria que deberia tener una autonomia de 50km luego de 2 viajes de 9km (total 18km )a 25km ya estaba muriendo. Y la velocidad bajaba de 25 a max carga pasaba a 20 en el 2do viaje. Lo mande en asistencia tecnica porque se negaron a hacerme el reembolso!!! Y demoro 1 mes.!!! Hoy acaba de llegar. He visto marcas que no tenia antes. Una de las luces esta totalmente destrozada!!! Hice un viaje de prueba y parece que la bateria funciona bien en rendimiento pero ahora en la parte delantera de la batería con cada hueco aue encuentro en la carretera aun si es minimo. SUENA MUY FEO. Es un sonido incomodo. En resumen lo mande para que lo arreglen y regreso con otro problema y los de la asistencia tecnica ya no responden!. Procedere con la via legal por estafa. Quiza no logre nada pero lo intentaré.
Hi! I got a problem with my Joyor s10. It was raining this day and I left my scooter under a small roof for a while. Later I saw water on my scooter and then I wanted to turn it on but it was impossible. I'm sure the water damaged the control/wires/battery. I opened front plastic to check what is going on over there. And yeah I saw a little water, wet wires, wet battery etc. I cleaned everything, I unpluged wires and I left it to dry. Do you think it will help somehow? Or should I take my scooter to service?

@zeus3500 Yes I know I'm just a owner of two of these and just try to pass along what I've ether had trouble with or figured out before it was to late. Not like I could return them after a few months. But they have not been that bad for me I've heard worse from people about other scooters

You will need to figure out what shorted out and replace that part Usually the controller (silver box) but can also be other things First disconnect the battery and dry everything out with a hairdryer and see if there is any fuses that are blown, then plug everything back together and try it You may need to charge the battery (outside in a safe location and see if the battery didn’t short out also.
As long as u have the option in the display Mine has it but my wife only wants the one motor You may need a bigger battery To get same range but not sure because I basically get same range to 1 or two motors working on the s10

Hello, Do you think you could help me? Please! I just purchased the S5. The battery display showed about 90% full when I first turned it on. I took it for a ride. I put it back on the charger to charge to full (it was about 80%) full when I recharged it. Woke up this morning and now the display shows it low and in the Red My charger light was red when I plugged it to the scooter and after about 5-6hrs of charging it showed Green light How did my battery display show my battery is low after charging? It was almost full before charging Thank you!!!
Tried to replace the air tire with a solid one was too wide and hex screws didn’t hold it together and the scooter hoes only 16m/h maybe the tire was too heavy to spin it as fast as before….
Yes I been wanting to do video on that I had bought solid tires but when I felt how heavy they were I decided not to put them on Static weight is different then rotating weight and will slowly down the scooter or even keep it from going.

Yes you should be fine I’ve rode mine in the rain just try not to go through deep water It would not be a bad idea to make a little water mud flap in back of front tire protect battery box
@@DavidsHowtosReviews is there any other way how you can take the speed limiter off and another thing is do you know the clamp that is adjustable for the handle bar height and keeps going down slowly the handlebars because of the clamp and I tightened it. I did everything possible to it to make it tighter and it’s not working. What do you recommend for that?

Worst e-scooter ever. Build quality for the price is good, but electronics and battery are terrible. I drive 28 km on full eco mode (up to 20 kmh) and battery dies . My controller got burned , i manage to repair it by myself cause support is terrible, and now 2 days ago my main display board (behind screen) burned and scootes is dead, on the other side i have old e scooter with 350w motor and 40% smaller battery than Joyor s5 and im still able to manage more kms on old scooter than on this chinese crap, good looking but only that

You need to just put your foot on the tail section and push as hard as possible
If it still doesn’t click there maybe something stuck in the groves

Hi! I got a problem with my Joyor s10. It was raining this day and I left my scooter under a small roof for a while. Later I saw water on my scooter and then I wanted to turn it on but it was impossible. I'm sure the water damaged the control/wires/battery. I opened front plastic to check what is going on over there. And yeah I saw a little water, wet wires, wet battery etc. I cleaned everything, I unpluged wires and I left it to dry. Do you think it will help somehow? Or should I take my scooter to service?

Plug everything back in and see if the battery needs to be charged

I'm just a owner of two of these and just try to pass along what I've ether had trouble with or figured out before it was to late.
Not like I could return them after a few months.
But they have not been that bad for me I've heard worse from people about other scooters

You will need to figure out what shorted out and replace that part
Usually the controller (silver box) but can also be other things
First disconnect the battery and dry everything out with a hairdryer and see if there is any fuses that are blown, then plug everything back together and try it
You may need to charge the battery (outside in a safe location and see if the battery didn’t short out also.
What’s thé recommended psi for the s5 tires?

As long as u have the option in the display
Mine has it but my wife only wants the one motor
You may need a bigger battery
To get same range but not sure because I basically get same range to 1 or two motors working on the s10

I just purchased the S5. The battery display showed about 90% full when I first turned it on.
I took it for a ride. I put it back on the charger to charge to full (it was about 80%) full when I recharged it.
Woke up this morning and now the display shows it low and in the Red
My charger light was red when I plugged it to the scooter and after about 5-6hrs of charging it showed Green light
How did my battery display show my battery is low after charging? It was almost full before charging

Tried to replace the air tire with a solid one was too wide and hex screws didn’t hold it together and the scooter hoes only 16m/h maybe the tire was too heavy to spin it as fast as before….
Yes I been wanting to do video on that I had bought solid tires but when I felt how heavy they were I decided not to put them on
Static weight is different then rotating weight and will slowly down the scooter or even keep it from going.
@@DavidsHowtosReviews that’s what I thought,the tire was like 1300 grams 3 pound even on the highest speed settings was going only 16m/h…..solid tire not going to work with this scooters…. Or just need a lighter one….hope I didn’t mess up any wiring it’s pretty straightforward…..

I washed it with a karcher (hand washing) but after 1260 miles I have to replace the throttle grip.
Maybe you can pack in some electrical grease to create a seal to keep water out.
Can I send you mine to water proof it?

@@DavidsHowtosReviews is there any other way how you can take the speed limiter off and another thing is do you know the clamp that is adjustable for the handle bar height and keeps going down slowly the handlebars because of the clamp and I tightened it. I did everything possible to it to make it tighter and it’s not working. What do you recommend for that?
Can you make loose and put something thin in to take up the space then tighten it?

Worst e-scooter ever. Build quality for the price is good, but electronics and battery are terrible. I drive 28 km on full eco mode (up to 20 kmh) and battery dies . My controller got burned , i manage to repair it by myself cause support is terrible, and now 2 days ago my main display board (behind screen) burned and scootes is dead, on the other side i have old e scooter with 350w motor and 40% smaller battery than Joyor s5 and im still able to manage more kms on old scooter than on this chinese crap, good looking but only that
