For the reference about Jim Acosta, this was the video on January 20th when I randomly mentioned Jim Acosta as an example of a fool and it turns out he ended up resigning (no, obviously no relation but just a happy coincidence!) Young people don't fall for these pseudo-reporters like Acosta. All they want is to push an entirely antichristian and alien narrative to make you a serf of the government. Be free, be discerning! th-cam.com/video/v2Ig2l3WTvE/w-d-xo.html
Congratulations on 10,000 subscribers! Your forthright reflections on modern society and encouragement of greatness has brought me to your channel, and I believe it will bring thousands more. God-willing, may the modern citizen no longer be so banal in mathematics, and in their approach towards knowledge.
The Seven Liberal Arts & Sciences: The Trivium - Grammar, Logic & Rhetoric. The Quadrivium - Arithmetic, Geometry, Music & Astronomy. The Four Cardinal Virtues: Temprence, Fortitude, Prudence & Justice.
Congratulations sir on 10k! In a sense, I wouldn’t be surprised if you got 100k subscribers. TH-cam needs more mathematicians like you, most of the people posting math these days are fairly young, not saying that they’re bad mathematicians in anyway, but they see math differently and describes their perspectives differently. I hope you are able to continue sharing your opinions as well as lessons in the future. I find them very valuable
You deserve it! Your no nonsense attitude towards maths education is a breath of fresh air. I quite like the format of the videos also, not just jumping straight into the topic but leading into it with an interesting preface or anecdote, really quite a relaxing way to get into the video. Keep it up! 🎉
Congratulations! You and your channel have truly inspired me to take my mathematics seriously after years of childish neglect. It became brutely obvious to me just how behind the curve I had fallen whilst watching your video titled "HONORS" ALGEBRA STUDENT FAILS A BASIC ALGEBRA TEST." I, being a "honors algebra" student myself who was also frankly unable to solve much of the material in that test, really resonated with your message. You've made me see the absolute necessity as a young-man to become well rounded through my own vigor and how avoiding such an integral and universal subject as mathematics is truly unwise and truly childish. I too wish to contribute to the revival of American excellence and I wish to thank you for pushing me and many others back on the right path through your logic and reason. You're a real inspiration, not these false idols American culture loves to put on a pedestal, I wish you and your channel success. This is the type of content men need in this country not pseudo-masculine icons such as Andrew Tate. May God bless you and your family! 🙏🙏
Thank you very much for your kind message! I can already tell by the way you write that you have the right attitude of mind and a discerning attitude. May I ask what state you are in? As for Andrew Tate, I completely agree. It's a shame that men like him are held up (in some quarters) as an example to young men. Mr. Tate is nothing more than a peddler of dime-store wisdom and pseudo-masculine snake oil, hawking his wares to the intellectually impoverished. There is nothing to emulate or admire in Andrew Tate. The revival of American greatness will come not from the gutter of the internet or the trashy pop culture idols we’ve been force-fed, but from those who are willing to be steadfast in their pursuit of real knowledge and virtue.
@@citytutoring I too appreciate the kind words! I'll continue doing my best to align my actions to this attitude through academic rigor, it's only the beginning! Lovely analysis of Mr. Tate might I add, haha. I hail from the great state of Florida! Soon to studying in-state at Stetson University once I graduate from High School later this year. Although that is very dependent on whether I find their methodology acceptable once I'm actually on campus and into the weeds. The faculty at the very least seem to value academic rigor, though I can't help but question some of the more liberal agendas they seem to push amongst the students. I will do my best to steer clear of that crowd as you've made that a clear necessity for growth. I take college to be a tool in my arsenal, unfortunately not something worthily of idolatry in the modern age besides those few elite institutes of which unfortunately weren't in the running for my attendance. That is completely due to my own lack of discipline coming back to haunt me though. My principles from god, my knowledge from man I guess is a nice way to put it and how I see you preach it. Let us embark steadfast in the pursuit of greatness through knowledge and virtue! I do hope to attend a lecture of yours one day or at the very least shake your hand and thank you for the inspiring work.
Congrats Professor, may God bless you with many more subscribers. As a high schooler who has struggled a lot with math, and hated it. Im starting to love math after watching your videos. Thank you for motivating me to become a better student.
congrats for this incredible milestone! I hope many more people will find your channel. I belive what is special about this channel is telling the truth, you being rational, and very gentlemanly. I also think that this traditional point of view is what are people seeking for in this world of relativism and irrational modernity. You really stand out and you do a great job. Greetings from Poland professor!
Congrats man, having a channel with a big amount of people or subscribers means you are loved and have high-quality videos spicily on TH-cam, it is not an easy platform to have a big channel on. so thanks you are doing great content.
On the bit about epsilon-delta proofs: I really thank you for showing that the proof only has to progress only once it's done. Rudin does not show this method, and so I would often literally cry and rage at these problems, trying to understand how the intuition is gleaned. Spivak shows this method of finding the correct delta, and this is truly one of the "tricks" worth knowing, I would say.
Incredible stuff. A great mentor of mine, a high school math teacher, would always say at times like this, after you've gotten a big win and celebrated for a short time, "Alright, now back to the action." I always think about that. Getting back to work.
Congratulations sir ! I also appreciate your channel because it is raw material too. There are no editing tricks and special effects. I also appreciate you standing up for our faith and honoring our Lord Jesus Christ may the Lord bless your efforts 🙏🏻☦️
Thank you! If you ever see "special effects" on this channel, you'll know I for sure died and went to meet my Creator. God bless you as well, fellow Christian!
I and fellow 10,000+ subscribes uphold the importance of truth, christianity, and values that matter. We do not care about being controversial we stand FIRM in our beliefs.
Very Well Done, Prof. We all started as Tech-No-Bodies. I appreciate your sets , backgrounds , your consistent guise adding gravitas to the channel's main topic. Your voice, thoughts, presentation on the subject of maths will be long for this world. [we do need to improve your audio for more engagement with the listeners/learners] { I am making a point to read the transcripts of your content posted}
Congratulations. I knew from the start that your channel would grow. Not surprised at all. Just a suggestion: if you could include more math/physics book reviews as well would be fantastic.
It was nice to see the use of epsilon-delta language to demonstrate statements with quantifiers. Some calculus textbooks don't contain rigorous definitions of limits for sequences and functions, thus these books have only hand-waving arguments for theorems instead of actual proofs. And that is the case when they write at least something to prove the theorem, sometimes they just state it without justification.
I truly believe that we as a civilization are declining, and all of that is to due fast content consumption and it's affects on the brain , I think that more awareness should be drawn to that kind of matter and how it is indirectly and severely affecting every country in the world. I also completely agree with you saying in one of your videos that when you surrender discipline, you lack the foundation in which you mainly build your character on, and discipline is something hard to do, unfortunately tutors and teachers keep telling you that you should be disciplined but they actually don't go into the roots and details of how you should be disciplined ,I am really looking forward to you making maybe a video or two on how to study mathematics properly and how to actually be disciplined in your line of work
Congratulations dude on 10,000 subs! I like your videos because besides being educational , they're also not brainrot edited. Clean , simple and basic style which is really hard to find nowadays.
Hey, I'm currently taking the A-level math syllabus and find your videos very entertaining. Could you please perhaps explain the proof by contradiction that there are infinite number of prime numbers, etc. Thank you for reading.
Thank you! Yes, so in the next video I am preparing, we shall discuss the proof by contradiction tactic, and I will use your question as one of the examples. I will write down your question so I can remember to mention it as an example.
I truly enjoy your style and your proofs. Just an added note: I'd become accustomed to often "interpreting in English" the "backward lower case epsilon" as "such that".
Sir can you please bring a video on how to create strong mathematical base so that one day we could compete in mathematical olampiad, I always love watching your videos 🙏
Hello, sir. I just have a quick question. I know it might be out of topic, but I would love to hear your opinion. Would you say self-teaching myself university-like math from textbooks is a good way to strengthen my overall logic/thinking skills significantly in the real world outside of math? Thanks!
Wonderful video! I would highly recommend checking out Book of Proof by Richard Hammack on different proof writing techniques. Another good book I am currently studying is How to Prove it by Daniel Velleman.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. I am interested in studying online and was wondering if that would be possible, as I live in Australia and am unable to attend in person.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Of course! We have online options. Please email City Tutoring for information at: info@citytutoringmath.com
@citytutoring Ah, thank you. I will explore this further once I have secured sufficient funds for the math courses. I sincerely appreciate your help.
Sir, a personal question. Do you smoke? If yes filtered or not filtered ?
No, I do not smoke. Many, many years ago, I'd smoke unfiltered, but I realized that smoking tobacco is just another vice that separates the human from God. So, thankfully, I quit that many years ago too.
