- Happy Independence Day, Philippines! It was my first time attending the annual Picnic Day here in the Netherlands to celebrate our independence.
It was a huge event full of food, entertainment, and every Filipino goodie you can think of! It was also fun to test Philippine history to commemorate our Independence Day from Spain, exactly 125 years ago.
