Well done on the Shap climb, I drive this often and think maybe one day I could achieve the ride haha

Love my GP5000's on the SLR1 42's wheelset (on the TCR) but wasn't sure you can fit 32's to them! I run 28mm and love the grip and feel of them. Enjoy.

Yeah, looked into it (and asked) around to make sure before I got them fitted!

@@CycletheNation Oh cool. Will have a look at them then or when these 28's need replacing. Cheers

I have 4000 and they last so much longer than Vittoria. I run tubes and not had 1 puncture so far on them.

I have Faster, Lighter, Tyres Than GP5000s in every weight class running inner tubes.
just done a video on tyres.
100psi 25c tyres are the fastest set up on testing.
    Ditch tubeless tyres flawed concept,
    Ditch 32c, Ditch 65psi.
Slowest set up on a road bike, you will get punctures almost every week running Tubeless at 65psi, your losing watts and rolling resistance because you cannot run higher pressures, valve and sealant weigh more than a old school rubber innertube.

As mentioned in a previous video - I'm faster on these tyres, on the same roads, in the same conditions...I've also not had a puncture that hasn't self-sealed in 2 years (about 13,000 miles) since going tubeless and running lower pressures - something I can't say about tubes - I used to puncture much more regularly. GCN also just did a video about RR losses and running tubeless on imperfect surfaces showing similar. The roads round here are simply awful. I'd happily run narrower at higher pressures if the roads were good, but the simple fact is - they're terrible and that concept doesn't work in reality here. Plus - I've a lot more grip on the climbs and descents due to the bigger contact patch - and that's a big factor.

Just curious, what is the benefit of having a bigger contact patch for the climbs?
I've heard folks talk about the benefits for a descent but not about climbing before.@@CycletheNation

@@CycletheNation ahhh ok I understand, I assume that's a tremendous benefit on a wet surface compared to a dry one. 👍🏽
