Sadly, this cutie is the most forgotten of the royal family and not everyone know about her and she never made it to the Anime if you were wondering why we never see her ever. But yes, the universe im talking about is a Parallel universe which that silly rule is only in the formal universe we all know and love

The only thing I could see potentially happening in the coming years would be a sailor v anime or a 2 parter like eternal/cosmos.
