if you want your fog lights to stay on when you turn your high beams on you should bend the pin on the relay. look it up its a 5 min fix

WTF am I missing? You show low, high and fog, but no Rigid???
No way that's a rigid/if it is there must be something wrong with with, my two dually spots are better than that, and I handle and showcase rigid products every day where I work.
