  • This live solution will show you how to stop flipping at impact in your golf swing! It is a common thing and caused by the body not opening properly, often due to a poorly sequenced backswing. All my lessons have an instant, face and evidence based solution. This might help you too! #golf #golfcoaching #jonathanyarwood #top100 #golfinstruction

What does “right arm in front” actually mean?

In front of the chest. The elbow on first swing Is behind him pointing at his ass, 2nd swing you can see the elbow and it'll be in front of the body

he is a upper core swinger...so he's not flipping his hands, as a upper core swinger, he's releasing the club. Teaching golfers to swing one type of swing for everyone you teach is not going to work for the majority of golfers. 75% of amateur golfers are upper-core swingers as his natural swing is. Check out the Wright balance swing to see what type of natural swinger you are and then find an instructor that teaches your style or you will continue to struggle with golf.

No kidding. I really think 90 percent of instructors could not give a good explanation of what flipping is v a good release.

I think he flipped it. He had no forward shaft lean at impact.

@jordangourley3955 agree. The release is good, no complaints there at all, but it's clear he has, on that swing, had to stall and very slightly flip to make contact. He's obviously not a high handicapper, prob single digit so his flip is minor and maybe not all the time but it's defo in there.
The 2nd is a better shaft angle at impact.
