when outdoor works as evaporator (in winter in heat mode) then lots of water condensation is expected
There must be drain channels and pipe provision in outdoor

i am surprised to see in Panasonic ac outdoor unit there is no protective jacket to shield compressor from noise or sound no insulation unlike you find in Mitsubishi ac or other popular ac
