    This is so awesome! I can’t wait to do this in my garage with a full flake over everything. This give your floor such a clean look. Everyone else doesn’t give a second thought to the wall-base when doing epoxy. Y’all are the only ones I’ve seen doing this. Great job as always👍

    That is cool. I had never even heard of a cove strip, or applying cove mortar, but the application shows why it would be needed with the walls not all the way to the bottom.

    Great video. Great info. Is that the Albion paddle mixer? Can you suggest the right paddle mixer for cove mix. TY

    I used this Epoxy Cove Mortar on my 2-car garage. It looks fantastic after the epoxy and flake is applied. It's really not that hard or technical but it does take some elbow grease. Excellent product!

    Looking good. No need for a tack coat prior to install

    How does that cove strip being under the coating not allow water or cause issues? Is that pulled after application I’ve done cove but always to metal strip if anything above the coating not under like it looks like here looking forward to hearing!

      I have never heard of an issue with the cove strip. If you are going to rinse down the wall, I would highly recommend caulking the top edge. The cove is basically protecting water from the floor from running under the wall not from water running down the wall.
      If you have over 4 inches of water on the floor, you have a bigger problem to deal with.

    Do you have to do a cove on the corner or can you just stay flat on the ground ?

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions
      @ConcreteFloorSolutions  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is probably easier to put the rounded cove on, but yes, you could go straight down. You'll just have to play around to get the right angle.

    Hi, I'm in Canada so I'm not able to order these products from your site, I really wish I could but I understand it's just not reasonable to ship these items so far. So I'm wondering if you would be willing to tell me what type of epoxy and sand to use so I can mix up my own. I've looked all over online and can't seem to find anywhere that will ship to my area.

      It is our material, We do ship anywhere within the US, you can ship it to a freight forward company and they can forward it to you.

      They are very comfortable, just a bit warm if hot out:

    Hi what is the coving mix ratio? Yuo dont use cellulose powder? Thanks

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions
      @ConcreteFloorSolutions  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is pre-mixed in a bucket.
      Mix part A and B epoxy together and add the supplied sand. No guesswork involved.

    Would that work on smooth tile wall and a smooth brick floor. It's in a good manufacturing plant

      I would see if you can diamond grind the surface to create a scratch, but yes it would. I would also recommend the Epoxy Cove wet prime.
