Just a mom follower popping in here- Holden is not too young for the couch. We got a similar couch for my kids when they were one and they loved it, they crawl around on it all the time. It’s great for building core strength and in their legs. Also agreed to build upon gross motor development .They are like little monkeys. It’s adorable.

As a hispanic, I'd say you grew up a better mexican than me, just by those tortillas alone😂😂. I didn't know about those, and I had mexican food daily growing up...quesadillas can be done like whatever don't worry- though a double tortilla stuffed can count as another dish called "Mulita". The tortilla puffs up and cooks the inside! It’s actually a good thing for them to puff up creates an evenly cooked tortilla. There’s also a Mexican tale that says when your tortillas puff up like that, it means your mother-in-law loves you! 😁

I use the rotisserie chicken as a chicken stock for chicken pho or chicken soup Vietnamese style. Then I put the chicken skin in the air fryer so they are soooo crispy for 5 mins. Wait for it to cool. Perfect every time. The best for adding a crispy texture for soups. Yummmmm
I found out i had randomly developed an egg allergy after making Remi’s jammy egg recipe with soy sauce, everything but the bagel seasoning, and hot chili flakes. Used to be my fav breakfast meal 😂😭💔 love you Remi!

you can freeze the green section of the red onion i add them to portabello mushrooms... or large mushrooms i take the stalk out, add pizza sauce, bacon, cheese and spring onion green and then bake it its so yummy for breakfast :)
Knafeh is traditionally made with cheese and simple syrup! Its a classic Palestinian dish, the new twists are so fun but u should also try looking into the original!!! Much love rem♥️♥️♥️

The soy sauce on the eggs is so good! I would add noodles and it's perfect! I even add it to the olmet, not only hard boiled eggs.
