Enter the game and then use windowed mode, open the Task Manager > Performance > now if your disk spikes to %100 it's either going bad or something is over loading it, could be a virus if you don't have a Anti-Virus try to use one it will most likely fix it. Quality will get better once video fully processes. I almost always upload in 1080p 60fps.

Nope. I'm not using any ENBs or colormod. I just set my brightness to maximum and that's it.
