We take a trip to Awoshie in Accra where the largest sand & stone depot is located and we have to opportunity to talk about the history of the depot and discuss the various material available for sale with Mr Aseidu. The laterite is a bit expensive. I get mine for 650ghc. I am building in Santoh.

The cost sometimes depends on the proximity to the source of the material so am not surprised you may get it cheaper.
