Impex Japan has them in stock. I looked to buy some but all 4 was more than I want to spend so will try to repair for now. Thanks for your FJ videos they've all been helpful for me.
Thanks Diamond Mouter. Air filter rubbers and spares in general for Japanese bikes are so overpriced. Someone is making a lot of cash when they cost pennies to produce. My repair is still holding of my air filter rubber . Got a new vid coming out soon of the FJ. It’s in my workshop now for improvements and service. Ride safe!
@@andrewonmyway8184 Yes £40 for 1 short rubber tube makes even Nike trainers look good value! I made some videos about my FJ on the 'Rider Japan channel'
Found your video. Awesome! Will try this as my outer ones are cracked, think CMSNL or second hand is a bit too expensive. I don't notice any drop in performance either so I'd love to try this.
Looks good! I have the very same issue and can't get hold of a replacement, I'm interested to know how this repair held up for the past year before I try a similar thing
Still holding after two years. Can highly recommend it. Clean thoroughly before the Loctite and leave it overnight to properly dry . Then apply the black permitex. Wait until its properly cured before you put it back on the bike. Thanks for your support and good luck!

Hi Andrew, what brand air filter is that in your bike and does it come with a special retainer. Cheers
The air filter i use on my FJ1200 is a K&N washable. Its been fantastic and can recommend. Cheers!
