Air test mean little really. There are so many factors in real hunting situations that can throw air test results out the window. About the only thing you get from them is tone and VDI numbers.
last time i use GM1+ 2012 ... looks like no big diferen compare to 'other'... i really love GM product but pls more improvemen i own 10 detector but now retired goodluck

Great result! I don't like how tones sounds. If there possible leave pure analog sound from 4WD, it will be ideal machine! Or at least make something like XP Deus tones.
When you do an air test it doesn't matter. Air parameters are the same in DISC and ALL METAL mode, in ground ALL METAL mode are deepest .This applies to all brands and models of metal detectors.

The metal meter, plus coins left there, amplifies the signal. Plus it has a 30 cm coil. 🙂
What are the best settings for coin detection on a field? I got the Golden Mask 6 with 13x11 Fighter S coil.

@@nufrii No but it is more nicer for ear, you know we use headphones and it is important. Only reason I don't buy 5 SE it's sound.
4wd sound was the best for me. But the sound with speaker on the 5+ was OK..headphone sound was not that good
